When things aren't quite right, True Love does the right thing, and without asking, they refunded my last order. While the quality of the kabobs has been consistent, that hasn't always been true of the sides. Last time, that wonderful tabbouhel I raved about, while still good...it was a skimpy portion considering it was a la carte, just a few spoonfuls with hearts of lettuce on the bottom; it was chunky and probably not made by the name person who had those mad knife skillz. And the baba ganoush was creamy, had no discernible eggplant flavor and was salty. (Although, saltiness is subjective, but it was so salty we had to throw it away.) The owner took these notes to heart and cares about his customers. He gave me a refund and I'm sure True Love will work on consistency of the a la carte portions and on the quality of the other a la carte items. I still love the combos...especially the lule and the chicken thighs, their olive forward/feta salad....I also liked the lavash that came with the a la carte chicken kabob. I'm giving the tabouleh a second change, maybe this week!! I like to think I'm one of their favorite customers!!! read more

Traveled pretty far to tried them out. Had great reviews. They had a TK special for 31 dollars. Three meats. I was like cool, that sounds good. I ordered ribs, chicken thighs and filet mignon. When i opened it, I expected a medley of meats but I only got two small pieces of chicken, two small pieces if paste like filet mignon, and two small pieces of ribs. Then the usual everything else. For 31 bucks, I expected more. Friendly people but cheap on the food. Bad food. Not coming back. read more

One of the best lule kebabs I've ever had! It was incredibly juicy--something that's surprisingly hard to find. The staff (possibly the owners) were exceptionally friendly and made my family and me feel genuinely welcome. Despite being very busy, they took the time to apologize for the slightly longer wait, which I thought was totally reasonable for freshly prepared food. They even offered samples of their homemade baklava and Armenian coffee--both clearly made with care and love. A truly warm and delicious experience! I highly recommend this spot. First time I came a couple weeks ago. We received the wrong order and missing our baklava. I called next day to let them know and they said to come back and they would take care of us. Even though we received the wrong meat order it was still good. The fries we ordered were a bit salty so that is my only complaint. 2 weeks later to pick up food, as promised they took care of us. He was very kind to us and offered us free drinks while we waited for the food. The food was fresh and ready. We ate all of it when we got home.
