I ended up picking up a sample pack of some of the products we used during my facial. Lilyanne will be my go to esthetician - and I can't wait to come back!

As I came in for gel toes and acrylic nails they were busy but got to me as soon as they could. My toes are cute and sparkly now. As I waited for the lady to finish my toes I got to sit in a massage chair (which was much needed) and got a complementary beverage. Then came my nails. Everyone was in a pleasant mood and worked fast and effectively. The place was pretty clean. I love the way my nails turned out. Prices aren't bad either.

I have…read morebeen to Oasis nails for 2 gel manicures now, and both times, within a week, my nails have chipped. I have never had that happen before. When I mentioned it last visit, the technician basically said it was my fault and tried to upsell. Since I've never experienced chipping nails (with gel) before, I am not happy with the reults. Additionally, the massage is very brief and only on the hands, not the forearms. Very disappointing.

We really enjoy the soaking pool here!…read more Typically, we'll stay a night or two at the hotel, and accessing the soaking pool at Ruby's Spa is included. You can also soak with the purchase of a service in the spa (massage, facial, nails). I find that the services are luxury pricing with slightly less than luxury service, so I skip them. It's a saltwater pool, kept below 101 degrees Fahrenheit. I know because I tested it to see if I was safe to soak while pregnant years ago; yes, I brought my own thermometer! Because that's what scientists do. You can bring in beverages from elsewhere on property but please not glass! The teahouse has yummy options but limited hours. You need a key to get in, and there's two large heated bathrooms to change in.

Edited to add a warning after a bad experience on 3/15/26. I was booked with massage therapist…read moreJerry for an afternoon session. When I turned from prone to supine, which is a moment every properly trained therapist handles by looking away and securing the drape, Jerry was looking straight at me. His eyes were right above the sheet line while my chest was uncovered. It was so disturbing and shocking I didn't know what to do, and immediately felt dirty and at fault for no reason. This is a basic, non-negotiable professional boundary, and he crossed it. I've filed a formal complaint with management and requested a refund, disciplinary action, and a policy review -- including offering clients the option of a same-gender therapist at booking. If you're a woman booking here, ask specifically who your therapist will be and whether you can request a female therapist. You shouldn't have to, but until management addresses this, protect yourself.

She just chose not to believe me claiming that she covered all of my hair and there should be nothing wrong. Thanks a lot for the help. I do not recommend this place. It was pretty close to me and I really wanted to like it, but definitely do not recommend. You don't treat people like that after you mess up their hair. She just kept going on and on with excuses this is just ridiculous. Now I have a chunk of hair missing and she wants to excuse it away. You fried it off my hair with a laser, but yeah, I must just be wrong.. jerks Update it's two chunks of hair, two separate spots but yeah, they just wanna excuse it away . She clearly doesn't know the laser and what it will do to people's hair well enough to be using it. Excuses and bullshit.

I'm disappointed with my experience at Image Makers Fairview Salon…read more I was booked for 9:00 a.m., but another male customer was also taken at the same time. I waited about 20 minutes before it was my turn, and I initially overlooked that. I clearly explained that I wanted shiny hair with color and absolutely no red. Instead, I received only a root touch-up, and the color was much too dark and had a noticeable red tone. She told me "gloss was built in the color" I also asked for my long hair to be styled because it was flat on top. Unfortunately, my hair was cut much shorter than I wanted, with layers poorly cut and choppy and I felt that what I had asked for was not really listened to. While my hair was still unfinished, two other customers came in. The stylist started a full color and foils on another customer while I sat waiting approximately 50 minutes for my color to process. My hair still had no real style when I was finished, yet I was charged $130. I ended up having my hair corrected at a top salon in Lake Oswego, where I paid $230 and received the service and result I had originally hoped for. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the combination of not listening to what I requested, the color being wrong, the haircut being much shorter than I wanted, and the amount of waiting made this a very disappointing experience. I'm sharing this because I believe the owner should know how the appointment was handled.
