She will provide you with a numbing spray if you know it will be painful which it can be for me, especially if it's your first time. I always take some ibuprofen before as well. While it wasn't NOT painful, it wasn't remotely as bad as I expected. Anna was super nice, informative and patient with me as I told her I was nervous. The place gave accepting and chill vibes.
