She is great at explaining things and providing you with the right expectations. She will provide you with a numbing spray if you know it will be painful which it can be for me, especially if it's your first time. I always take some ibuprofen before as well. You can't get around the pain, no matter who you go to. I have always been very comfortable with her from day one. Her salon is cute inside and very clean. Very professional! Must go!

Now most of my previous waxes have been in Portland so I'm not sure if WA rules are different than OR as far as sanitation.
