One of the best experiences I had is when she did a slightly different adjustment to my neck using a specially made contraption to adjust. It was quite different but since that adjustment my neck needs very little when I go back. I've now had two massages with Jamie as well. Same as with the adjustment, she listens. That is so important. Often with the large chain massage therapy companies you will tell them what is going on but then they just do their massage routine and don't really hit the areas you indicated were an issue. In both of the massages with Jamie she worked on the areas of major concern and in so doing alleviated a lot of muscle pain and tension for me. I have some back issues and since the massages with her those problem spots have been much better. I will definitely keep going back to see Jamie for massage and chiro, she is awesome!

But I was even more satisfied as he is a GREAT acupuncturist. His technique was gentle and effective. So if you are SCARED of needles I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Lee as he was quick and I couldn't feel 95% of the needles going in which helped me relax. I came to see Dr. Lee to get acupuncture to relieve my headache pain along my right neck, left shoulder scapular, and lower right back pain. He was able to immediately relive my pain and my body felt lighter and I was able to move better after treatment. He's an expert on the therapy itself and master of his craft. I initially visited Craig for back pain related to SI Joint dysfunction a few years ago and had great results after just one acupuncture treatment. Most recently, I saw Craig for an acute sciatica flare up that was excruciatingly painful, to the point that I could barely walk, stand, or even sit. He recommended acupuncture with cold laser for this. After one morning session, I noticed a significant decrease in pain and an increase in my overall level of mobility by the end of the day. Based on those results, I returned for a second session the following morning and have noticed even more progressive improvement since then. I am writing this about 10hrs post Session #2 and still have some residual twinges of pain and sore muscles in one leg, but the severe stabbing nerve pain has subsided. I am planning to continue 1-2x per week until the sciatica pain is entirely resolved and will make Hidden Rhythm my first stop for future musculoskeletal issues or any other issues acupuncture is known to help with. I have received two full sessions of acupuncture and cupping and both times I have had IMMEDIATE RELIEF. Of course everybody is different. I initially went for a pulled muscle that happens every few months or so. I've tried full body and Swedish massages, chiropractors, and even electro therapy. This was my last resort as nothing else had worked in the past. I'm so thankful I found them! Pro tip: check Groupon, it appears that the other lady wasn't as savvy. I think the full price is more than fair and I definitely got my money's worth, even without the Groupon. I'd also like to note that I'm terrified of needles and both times I did not feel the needles with the acupuncture. The cupping is a bit intensive but I prefer it that way. I can't wait to go back!!

The office is inviting and they play relaxing music during my treatment. I'm so glad I found them and that they accept my insurance! I have been very happy with all the services that I have received. The front staff is always friendly, helpful with scheduling and answer any questions that I might have. Dr. Lee makes me feel comfortable and listens to my concerns. She has generated a treatment plan for my concerns. They also offer herbs in addition to acupuncture to solve a variety of conditions. The medical massage that is offered before my appointment was a pleasant surprise and added bonus to my appointments. I highly recommend the office.
