I recently started getting treatments myself. I'm a runner and have been suffering from tightness in my hips, which over time has become painful. I can't believe how out of wack I was. The chiropractic gun they use, in my opinion, is better than the traditional method. I feel like there is an immediate relief and that more pressure in the surrounding areas are released. I've only been with Miss Mann for about three weeks and I can tell the improvement. Acupuncture is the way to go in some cases. The MRI I took showed that my neck was very tight.
