Sure I stretched but when your range of motion is limited you really need a pro to help you reach the muscles that have become sedentary. Nancy is an absolute pro and even though a lot of work had to be done in sensitive areas she continued to check in with me and made sure to end the massage with tension relieving techniques. I have a fairly severe case of Sciatica that has hospitalized me on multiple occasions. At 26 I walked with a walker for nearly two weeks and needed help doing almost everything from putting on pants to standing up off my own bed. I can find relief in some things but I never truly got my range of motion back after my first episode that led to a hospital visit. I went to Abundance for help with my condition and left with a BETTER RANGE OF MOTION THAN I HAVE HAD IN THREE YEARS.
