I felt comfortable and confident as a "newbie" to hot yoga. Stephen encouraged each of us to utilize the class as our personalized class and to make modifications and adjustments as needed. I am blown away by how Stephen and the other educators/healers have created a supportive community. I am incredibly thankful to have found a home away from home. I recently tried a beginner aerial yoga class at Aero Joe and overall had a good experience. This…read morewas my first time trying anything like this, so I was a little nervous. The instructions said to arrive early to sign waivers and get settled, so we arrived about 25 minutes before class to change, but no one was there yet and we had to wait about 10 minutes before someone arrived. There is a parking lot on both sides of the building which made parking easy. I would also recommend wearing long sleeves so the silks don't rub under your arms, and avoiding loose fitted clothing and jewelry so nothing snags while you're in the silks. One class was $35, but they also have a deal for 3 classes for $49 which seems like a great option if you plan to go back. Once class started, I really enjoyed it. Rachel was super nice, patient, and helpful, especially for beginners. She did a great job walking us through how to use the silks and made sure everyone felt comfortable. The class was fun, different, and a great introduction to aerial yoga. I would definitely take another class again!

Last Friday, my husband joined me for the maternity massage and yoga workshop with Annie and Adrian. Love it. I love that my husband supported me and came out for something he wouldn't typically do. A&A taught us some great partner yoga and massage techniques to assist through my pregnancy. I slept better after this two hour class than I have in weeks! There were two other couples in the class with us, so it was a very comfortable space and we all received some personal massage time from A&A. Even better:Adrian throws in a 30 minute pregnancy massage to schedule later. Can't wait! I highly recommend this class. Ladies, don't make excuses for your husbands not wanting to attend. Gentleman, support your baby momma!! Surprise and impress her by taking her on a date to this class. I promise, you won't regret it!!!

Caleb at the front desk was friendly and efficient in greeting us and checking us in. Our class was taught by Maggie H. who is an absolute gem, the studio is lucky to have her. The class had a great flow, was challenging but not intimidating, and her cueing is on point.
