Stephen is an extraordinary instructor with passion and wisdom to share with his students. I was welcomed instantly by Stephen as if I were an old friend. I am blown away by how Stephen and the other educators/healers have created a supportive community. I am incredibly thankful to have found a home away from home. I highly recommend scheduling one of Stephens's yoga classes! A friend recommended Stephens's class to me and I am grateful.

I did a month long membership at Three15 Studio and really enjoyed it. I loved the idea of doing…read morespin, barre, and weights in the same class since I've done all 3 separately before and enjoyed them. I kind of assumed going in that the instructors might be partial to 1 of the exercises more then others but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! When you are on the spin section of class you really will feel like you are in a spin class, same for Barre. The one part that I think could use some more improvement is weights. I feel like you never truly transition from barre type movements even though you do have the option to incorporate small hand weights. The main limiting factor of this is the small space they have to work with. I think if they one day move to a larger studio that they could incorporate a wider variety of weighted exercise that transition away from typical Barre movements. Overall I think its a great workout and competitively priced to the other studios around town. I'd recommend any woman try it just to shake up your normal routine a bit!
