Bought a 2018 Ford Escape with about 30K miles, with a 72 month Advantage Care Warranty…read more The first salesman dropped the ball somewhat i.e. didn't give me the parental key (only a secondary key that locks out some of the controls, didn't run my card properly for the down-payment) then went on vacation right after he sold me the car however the other salesperson took good care of me and got things situated. I did have to go to Romano Ford to get the key after the first 2 places they sent me couldn't do it, but TecForce covered the bill. The Warranty has a $100 deductible however they waive the deductible if you have the repair done there; but what they don't tell you is it can take 3 weeks to get an appointment, however if you can drop the car off they can probably get to it that day; About 6 months later the A/C stopped working on the hottest day of the summer; so I dropped the car off early in the morning, they diagnosed the issue in the afternoon (leaky compressor) and got the part / fixed it the next day. The repair would have cost over $1,100 but Advantage Care covered it. The repair manager seemed completely competent to me, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer and the repair went well. Will probably buy another car there.

I have been having an issue with my truck from day one. and the issue is a horrific shake. I have went to Ontario auto twice in less than a month. And addressed the problem with I am guessing is the service manager and he keeps telling me it's a normal factory shake. the Shake is coming from my drive shaft being out of balance . And possibly u joints. And he to fix it. And I asked him to come take a ride with me sto show him how bad it was. And he also refused. so now I have to get a lawyer for lemon law. plus this Eric character told me to go crawl under all these trucks they have on the lot to see if they all drive shaft weight. VERY PROFESSIONAL THIS GUY IS TO TELL A CUSTOMER TO GO AND CRAWL UNDER A TRUCK TO TRY AND PROVE HIS BS.

Longley in general is nothing but a circus with a clown running the service dept. Dosen't know how third party warranties work, lies to the customer, lies to the warranty company and tried to pad the bill for additional 6 hours and unnecessary parts. We then tried to speak to the owner who is never available. A sales person Eric pick up the phone screaming at my husband. Eric then tried to tell my husband the issues were all with the warranty company because they were a bunch of "pakastanians" My husband called him out on his racial comment and he said come pick up your vehicle we can't wait to get it off our lot. Our waranty company is based in PA and their customer service is in the USA. Very nice and accomidating. They also had issues getting Jason to repond, write up a proper quote and they had to tell Jason how to read an approval. They were as frustrated as I was. The only 2 times I had a issues with the warranty approval causing a delay my vehicle was at longley. The other Jeep dealers JUST TAKE CARE of it and I never hear a word. A bunch of unmanaged bunch of fools. Over a month and they could get a wiper motor replaced or even manage to get the part ordered. I authorized the part to be ordered ago and I approved to order the part on June 4th and said I would pay for it and Jason Longley could even manage to get the part order. I called another dealer at 5:15 pm today, will be dropping my Car off at 9:00 am tomorrow morning, they will have the part by 12:00 and I will pick up my car before 6:00 pm. Lesson Learned!!! I will also get a loaner which my warranty pays for but Janson in a month could't manage to get me. Apparently, his MOPAR warranty customers come before me.

Okay, so nobody has time to pick up the phone for 30 seconds. So, I called the next day and ask for a quote for work that it would need. The response was, sure we will get that for you. I go to pick it up and there is no paperwork or quote. So, if you need work done go to Oswego or Liverpool. The lack of communication and the amount of stupidity is not worth your time. Terrible business that is run terrible......go someplace else.

Walked in and asked about the car I had inquired about online and they told me they sold it was about to deal with the usual 1 to 2 hour dance to get me to by everything but what I wanted and my salesman was lost. So I told them I didn't come there for a bunch of bull#$%# I simply wanted a price and information about a car so that's when Gary came out shook my hand introduced himself apologized and got right to work on a brand new Equinox price and in 5 minutes he gave me the sheet showing me the downpayment terms and cost. I went home reviewed what Gary texted me and then was supposed to see him the next day BUT SOMEHOW GARY GOT MOVED to the ford dealership and I ended up talking to Nate who sold me an Equinox alright 71 payments at $373 and over $10,000 Undenounced on the last payment. I then had Chad ask me to mail the old vehicle title as he never told me to bring that with me. Then that Saturday Nate asks me to text my license as the Bank says my license is too dark and come to find out its on his personal cell phone. Then when he is questioned about that he accuses me of espionage This place is not very professional at all. I have been in contact with Dave and he offered to have a guy come get the title but wanted my review taken down saying that they did give me the 2 oil changes and inspections as was agreed ALTHOUGH I did find out that Chevrolet gives you your first maintenance FREE anyways I did take the review down, BUT after some more thought I have decided that the public needs to know that if they are buying a new CHEVROLET maybe Bob Johnson is not the place to go as I have decided that I will not be going back for any maintenance and that maybe I should leave the mechanic work to my mechanic as I know that he is trustworthy no matter if I have to pay for it or not!
