I was a previous Raynor Ford customer and Davidson bought Raynors. When they moved to clay the service and attitude were terrible. I called around looking for a good service department. John Rizzo the service manager told me on the phone. Come over and give us a chance. 5 Years later and 2 vehicles going on 3 I am still there. NOWHERE I have had better treatment, If I have a grip he listens and does his best to help. There was only 1. HE even took care of that so I did;t have to dump my F150, Ran like a bear until some guy t-boned me. Now I am looking for #3 read more

My wife brought her 2013 Ford Escape there for an oil change and NYS inspection. She had a 1:00 appointment. They didn't get it into the shop until 1:30 because 'everyone was on lunch'. Not a big deal. 20 minutes after they did get it into the shop, the service rep approached my wife and told her that they couldn't get the hood open because the cable and inside hood release handle were broken. They were not broken before the vehicle was taken into the shop. She was told that they could repair it but it couldn't be done for a couple of days. They were nice enough to give her a written repair estimate for over $500 (to repair something they broke). When she told them that she wanted to talk it over with me and would take the vehicle home, the Service Manager (John) tried to charge her a diagnostic fee! Ridiculous! Obviously I will never do any business with Burdick Ford again and suggest that anyone else that considers it find an honest, reputable dealership to perform their vehicle maintenance / repairs rather than them. Our community would be better served if the Burdick Dealership was an empty lot / building... Aside from that it was a great experience! read more

The work on the truck wasn't bad and didn't take too long. We went to pay at the cashier and they were unable to process a basic credit card payment for the service. The card had more than enough money on it to cover the charge and they were unable to differentiate between a debt charge vs a credit charge. Michelle, the "office manager" legit angrily slammed her cashiers window into the wall on us mid sentence, bad mouthed us to her co-worker that she had to, "now call up the F'ing bank to figure it out" thinking that we couldn't hear her once we explained why our charge was getting declined was that they couldn't process differentiate between a debit vs credit. We would've continued to bring our company fleet of trucks back here because of the quick service, but we will look other places. read more

Would prefer to give absolutely NO STARS - Absolutely HORRIBLE. I recently brought my (currently deployed) boyfriend's truck there to have the transmission checked & the car was there for almost 3 weeks. For starters, Jack Himes couldn't give me any actual answer as to what the problem was, only "maybe" & "it could be", so we (my boyfriend & I) decided to just bring the car back to my house. Once I got the truck home i noticed the taillight was smashed & scrapes were going all along the right side of the truck in multiple places, (I will note that the truck DID have a few MINOR scratches, etc to begin with & I do have pictures of those but the damages I'm referring to are new.) I haven't taken the truck anywhere besides the dealership & back home so there's no way it could've gotten damaged in my care. Upon calling the dealership to find out what the hell happened & why wasn't I informed, I was basically told that Jack Himes & John Rizzo weren't going to do a damn thing because "they couldn't see anything on the camera", so when I asked if i was able to see the footage just to confirm to my boyfriend if they're correct, I was told that they would have to talk to the owner. The next day John called me & told me that the owner "doesn't want him to talk to anyone but the owner of the vehicle" which I would understand in any other situation but the owner is my boyfriend & he obviously can't just sit on the phone where he is while these idiots twiddle their thumbs because that's really all they're good for. Moral of the story is DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE OR AT LEAST DON'T WORK WITH JACK HIMES OR JOHN RIZZO. They are the cockiest, most mind-numbingly stupid individuals I've ever had the misfortune of working with. read more

I was a loyal customer at Burdick where I bought several cars. My Fusion had an electrical problem. They "warned" me upfront that electrical problems were difficult to diagnose. $300 in diagnostic fees, a $300 part and labor fees for about $900. I drove away and within 2 hours the problem remained. That day during a snow storm I had a dead car. I called them the next day. They said it was fixed. They wanted more money for diagnostic tests. I did not feel that I should have to pay more money. They were going to call the Ford Engineers. They never contacted me again. I took the car to Koerner Ford who immediately knew what the problem was and after $650 fixed it. The area they fixed was totally unrelated to the unnecessary repair that Burdick did. I will never ever buy another car from them again. read more

When we bought our 2007 mercury montery luxury van we were offered the lifetime drivetrain warranty. The way it works is if you get oil change and tire rotation every 5000 mi. + or - 1000 mi. free lifetime drivetrain warranty we missed 4 times within a 1000 miles but still had service there and when our transmission went they denied our claim.They wouldnt even work out anything with us and are charging me 140.00 dollars to tell me that my transmission is no good.No kiddin sherlock thats why we brought it in.Dont ever get succered with the lifetime drivetrain warranty unless you are so perfect that you can have service done every time on schedule.Ford minivan transmissions have been bad since the mid 90's and every mechanic knows it.I will never do buisness with budick ford in central sq. and will never buy another ford product again. read more
