They answered all the questions I had. I didn't feel pressured to sign on the line. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in. I have dealt with Ford, Chevy and Dodge dealerships in vehicle purchases. And addressed the problem with I am guessing is the service manager and he keeps telling me it's a normal factory shake. the Shake is coming from my drive shaft being out of balance . And possibly u joints. And he to fix it. And I asked him to come take a ride with me sto show him how bad it was. And he also refused. so now I have to get a lawyer for lemon law. plus this Eric character told me to go crawl under all these trucks they have on the lot to see if they all drive shaft weight. What went wrong: -Everytime I asked a question the salesman looked at my husband when answering. -I specifically told him that I did NOT want to finance through one specific bank and would not pay an application fee ( as the dealer charged me the 175$ for dealer's optional fee for app processing, certific, title, registration, plates) -Upon signing the following day, I realized the salesmen indeed processed a loan from the bank I asked him not to which charged me a $50 application fee. - The reason for this review- I refinanced the car loan when my bank ran a deal and I got a lower rate. I never got a title! Nor did the previous bank have it. I called Reymore. They said I'd have to get one myself. So, well after the fact, I have had to order a replacement title from DMV. I thought the backward attitude from my relatively young saleman was bad enough, but NEVER would I recommend this dealership to a friend.
