My salesman Steve was great. He was not pushy nor pushing me to make a decision. He did not keep calling me like all the other salesmen did from different dealerships. The urgency was all on me as my loaner was due back and I needed a vehicle. I decided on a 2022 Jeep Compass due to the extra leg room in the front for my husband. Something most of the vehicles do not have. I was not looking for a Jeep, however. Now that I have had it a month or so, I have to say that I do not like the Jeep Compass. I do not like how the "bells and whistles" are laid out and work. I don't like the little, hard to find clock. It does not drive well through the deep snow like my previous Nissan Rogue did before I totaled it, hitting a deer. I do not like how the extended warranty got added in to my total. When I first caught sight of it on the invoice, I questioned it and was told, "Oh, there's no charge to you". But when all was said and done and I had time to read and go through every page, I found that I was indeed charged like $2,800 for the extended warranty. The vehicle slides easily in the snow and on wet roads, which is likely due to the tires. The engine often sounds like it has been abused or driven hard. read more

They were great during the sales process. When i picked my brand-new vehicle up it had chipped paint on the bumper and they were going to fix it. This was back in September and i'm still waiting. Also i'm having issues with the car and they are useless to deal with to get the vehicle to them to have it fixed. Save some time and aggravation and take your business elsewhere. read more

Drove 2 hours to test drive and look at a truck. Put a deposit on the truck. As soon as we walked into the dealership and met our salesperson he talked to his manager. Immediately the manager JOE began yelling at him. Right off the bat he knew he wasn't going to meet our payment and wasn't even willing to talk to us because he had someone else looking at the truck. So you took our deposit bit weren't even willing to have the courage to call us and tell us no deal? I appreciate Ethan for taking the time to talk to us and go to bat for us. I do not appreciate JOE for his pompous and arrogant attitude or for assuming things he knows nothing about. No our truck doesn't need tires or brakes. I also do not appreciate the less than shoddy poor business tactics employed by JOE. If someone takes interest enough to put money down to hold a vehicle and drive two hours it's because they are highly interested. As far as I'm concerned NYE is a joke. After reading other reviews it would seem that they did us a favor as they cannot deliver on promises be it is warrant, service , or even a fair deal. To Ethan: you're a bright young man. My Class B Ram van broke down yesterday in oneida NY. While on vacation many miles from home. After many phone calls and much disappointment trying to find a shop to repair it. I finally was able to reach Andrew at NYE Chrystler. Andrew was very sympathetic to our situation. He was able to get us in right away and back on the road. This company seemed very promising and had the exact vehicle that we have waited for so long to find it due to car and chip shortage. The sales associate Zach was extremely helpful and very nice and patient with us and tried his best to help get us the best deal. We went on our test drive and fell head over heels with the truck. We came pre-approved for this truck and were ready to drive off the lot. When it came time for us to sign the paperwork regarding the price of the vehicle, this is where we began running into issues with this car dealership. First, we brought a vehicle that is a current lease and needed to be bought outright. The buy out on our lease is actually only $16,500 but they stated in order for them to buy the car out that they needed $17,500 and that we also needed to pay an extra $2,500 to pay for the mileage that we are over. Funny because, if we just bought our lease outright, we would not have to pay the extra $2,500 they were trying to charge us. We would have just paid the ridiculous fees that they were requesting. As we were checking out the truck, we were planning on leaving the lot with, we witnessed our car being test drove at a ridiculous speed through the parking lot flying past us. They only offered $1,000 off of MRSP as a rebate which is fine because we are eligible to receive EP pricing on vehicles because our Grandfather was an retired employee from Chrysler. He worked for Chrysler for over 30 years. The dealerships reasoning was because of the car shortage and because of the chip shortage that they refuse to honor our EP pricing. They then proceeded to tell us that they got an email today stating that they are somehow able to not accept EP pricing on specific vehicles. I looked up the EP pricing contract that we are offered and nowhere in this contract does it state that Jeep trucks are not a part of EP pricing. The manager came over to "help" us out and stated that there was nothing he could do and that they are trying to be as helpful as they can be. I made it very clear to that manager that they did not help us, nor did they try to even help us out with this at all. Our Grandfather will be reaching out to Chrysler themselves and filing a complaint against this company for violating the EP pricing agreement. It's a shame when a company tries to take advantage of a customer trying to purchase a car from them and their answer is "Well if you change your mind and want to pay MRSP feel free to give us a call and we would be glad to help you." SO basically, they refused to honor our EP pricing, gave our car a ridiculous test drive, and they are trying to take advantage of the slim car market and the fact that there is a shortage. No company should be run this way. read more

Do not bring your jeep here for service. They have inexperienced, unqualified techs doing work here. Service department has an extreme lack of knowledge and no motivation to do right by their customers. I had internal engine work done here and the engine runs worse than before. They also added in a fuel system cleaning service for $160+ without asking. Lube tech that performed the service broke my purge valve mounting tab, did not reconnect the purge valve hose, did not retighten any hose clamps that were touched which lead to more damage to the purge valve and another engine light to come on. The vehicle now has a fuel leak and throwing more evap codes and im told there is nothing they can do. Save yourself the time and money. Please take your jeep elsewhere for service and avoid the headaches that i am currently dealing with. read more
