I have been having an issue with my truck from day one. and the issue is a horrific shake. I have went to Ontario auto twice in less than a month. And addressed the problem with I am guessing is the service manager and he keeps telling me it's a normal factory shake. the Shake is coming from my drive shaft being out of balance . And possibly u joints. And he to fix it. And I asked him to come take a ride with me sto show him how bad it was. And he also refused. so now I have to get a lawyer for lemon law. plus this Eric character told me to go crawl under all these trucks they have on the lot to see if they all drive shaft weight. VERY PROFESSIONAL THIS GUY IS TO TELL A CUSTOMER TO GO AND CRAWL UNDER A TRUCK TO TRY AND PROVE HIS BS.

It is very organized and looks very professional. It is out of the way for many people being in Central Square, but I did not mind the drive. The guys there were very friendly. They answered all the questions I had. I didn't feel pressured to sign on the line. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in. I have dealt with Ford, Chevy and Dodge dealerships in vehicle purchases. She is professional, friendly and most importantly, did not make me feel stupid for my questions about cars and computers on board. Tires were shot brakes were shot took it back in and had them replace the tires and the brakes. After I had to literally tell them they could keep it and I didn't want it. They did my brakes and never put the bolts back in so as I going down the thruway today with my kid and wife with me the brakes went out and I couldn't stop. After being called out on the illegal inspection they passed, I was then threatened by service tec Andrew that he would no longer be putting my part in under warranty that needed repair. After already stating when I first sat with this punk that it was indeed covered under warranty. So since he was put on the hot seat when I asked for the name of the person whom passed my husband's inspection and shouldn't have, he got awfully offended (as any guilty person would) and said he wouldn't give the name (that I have now thanks to my husband's inspection papers) and also now he wasn't going to cover the job on my car under Toyotas warranty...didn't know we can pick and choose when to follow that. The whole funny part about this is someone is supposed to be his manager and not once did that person come to the customer (me) to discuss this after seeing and hearing there was clearly a problem going on. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP!
