What a difference it makes going on a weekday vs on a weekend. If you have a chance, suggest to go…read moreon a weekday instead. The experience is definitely better. The staff working that day was super nice. She helped me take pic with a cat and also answered questions promptly. She was also very friendly. There are two admission and I chose the one that is $19.99 that includes a drink. There is no option for no ice and it starts at less ice. For sugar, you can customize for no sugar to 100% sugar. There are a number of cats there such as ragdolls, dex Rex, bengal, dsh etc This is not just a cat cafe but also a coffee and dessert shop. There are about 10 tables with chairs and the decor is super cute. PLastic covers need to be wear on your shoes when you go inside the cat room. The good thing about this place that the admission is good for the whole day and you can come back and drop in later until closing time and time certainly flies when in the company of the cats Highly recommend to check them out. The cats are so cute and they seemed to have different cats at times, cats that i haven't seen in my past visits.

My family and I had a ton of fun at Meow Woo Studio! I've never been to a cat cafe before and I was…read morereally happy with my time here! Meow Woo Studio is divided into two sections: the cat area, and the cafe where they sell drinks (bubble tea) and some snacks (cakes and muffins). Before going into the cat area you have to put on plastic foot covers and sanitize your hands. There are also optional masks available and lint rollers (for when you leave, also optional). Unfortunately, you can't bring food or drink into the cat area but that makes sense for the safety of the cats. Also, as a quick fyi- the employee in the cat area needs to let you in and out so no cats wander out! There were a ton of cats and plenty of places to sit in the cat area. There are toys you can use to play with the cats and cat treats you can buy at an additional cost. I had a ton of fun petting and watching cats over the course of a few hours! You can't stay as long as you like and you are allowed to come and go as you please throughout the day. Finally, I just wanted to say how friendly the staff is! The individual behind the cafe counter was really nice and brought our drinks to our table when we were ready to have them. The individual in the cat area was obviously really good with the cats but he was also super friendly, having chats with guests and helping kids pet cats. They really help make Meow Woo Studio so inviting and an awesome person place to visit!

I never write reviews as I believe that sometimes a bad experience happens but don't necessarily…read morereflect the service or store. I feel compelled to write this as what I experienced goes beyond that. I booked an appointment for both of my dogs and beforehand, over the phone the price was discussed. I mentioned clearly multiple times that my dog was 75 lbs and given that there really isn't a benchmark for what groomers charge, didn't think much of it when I was quoted 75 dollars approximately. I brought my dogs and left them and shortly after received a call that my dogs were ready for pick up and it was 250.00. This number then changed to 215 and in person to 230.00. Also because I couldn't come that exact minute, I would need to pay $50 for boarding if I intended to be longer than an hour. The assistant or whoever she was proceeded to call me over and over with different information. When I arrived, I spoke to Mariam the groomer and calmly wanted to explain that this isn't a good business practice- a variance of over a hundred dollars should've been discussed in person or over the phone at the least. This of course wasn't done. She became loud and defensive and wouldn't let me say a word comparing herself to PetSmart and how much they charge- if I wanted to go to PetSmart I would've. I had full intention of paying whatever she said just to get myself and my dogs out of there and handed her 240 which somehow she didn't think to even offer me my change. All in all it was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this place. There are excellent fair and honest groomers in the area that deserve the business.

$15 for a nail trim is reasonable in my opinion. They were also very quick too. 5 minutes and my…read morepug was ready. I was pleased that they not only cut nails but also used a Dremel to remove the sharp parts. Some of the employees might have trouble understanding English over the phone, but it's not a deal breaker. Overall, you'll get good service at a reasonable price. While Sarah's experience below is unfortunate, things like that can be worked out over the phone ahead of time. Dogs City has an Agreement that you're expected to sign electronically before your appointment, which outlines all of their Terms and Conditions. You have the right to refuse to sign it, in which case you'll be able to take your dog elsewhere. While I consider the way Sarah was treated unfair, for it's a bad business practice to quote one thing and then have a variance of more than $100. It's indicative of a clear lack of communication on the part of the business owner. However, my experience was great and I'll be back there with my pug in the future.
