My go-to Petsmart, it isn't bad. But it isn't great lol. I come here for all my pet needs as this one is pretty big and encompasses all the products that a basic Petsmart has. They have lots of aisles for cat food and it is sorted from the "premium" to the trash cat food, which makes it easy to buy the good stuff. Also love how they have an adoption centre for cats. Most of the time it's empty though which could be a great thing. :) I like their clearance stuff and combined with a coupon can get you a great deal. What is meh for me is the service. Quite often there isn't someone to help you or they're being bombarded by other people. Cashiers are meh most of the time and I am meh about this business. It's like the Walmart of pet items. Lesser quality service but really good price if you're on their email list and get the coupons (usually buy a certain amount and get $$ off) I have not tried their services but judging from the other reviews I prob won't use the hotel ever. I will continue to come as it is the closest and it is pretty ok store wise for me. 3.5-/5

Would give lower, promise I would. Went back and forth with them and between false advertising and lies I gave up Getting a refund, not getting it without return, then issued a refund 3-5 days. Called and no refund They apparently don't appreciate business Don't shop here As you can see pictures what I ordered was 5lbs less than I got I worked customer service before and am shocked

cancelled by door dash , but no one from PETsMART informed me.

Inise is a fantastic dog trainer who taught us so much about dog behaviours and how to make us a better pet owner. When you first walk into the place and see all the dogs that are there regularly, you maybe overwhelmed and underwhelmed at the same time. It's very low key and fun for the four legged friends but, there are also discipline and rules for all. It is such a great environment for us as dog owners and our pets to learn and socialize. If you're unsure, Inise and her team will guide you to the best of their ability. It is very important to socialize your dogs. Be a responsible pet owner and take them there for puppy classes, obedience classes, and social Sunday!

You can tell this is a generational skill set because of how easy and instinctual the dog training is for them. I'm a contractor and I'm passionate about what I do and I can see the passion and effort that comes from how they conduct their services. Most importantly, they're trustworthy and they care. These are people that know what they're doing and they're easy to deal with. I had to do a lot of searching and researching before I settled on them because I have a dog with a lot of issues and I love her to death. I'm very happy I settled on them. It ended up being the right choice.

THANK YOU! Thank you Mellow Vibes…read more We were referred here by a friend of ours who had a dog with aggression issues so we saw first hand what Mellow Vibes could do! Our dog, unlike most the dogs that I've seen in the reviews, is on the other end of the spectrum. Kaia is a 5, almost 6, year old husky/shepherd mix who has anxiety and fear and had zero socialization with the outside world and people. We adopted her at 4 years old and at that point, she was terrified of people and the world. Zero aggression, terrified of the world and a consistent flight risk. She would shut down when she saw people. If she could, she would make herself disappear from the world. Cowering, shaking, bolting, tail permanently tucked. Anything to get away. She couldn't function. We were having trouble bonding with her in the full year we had her because she was just so scared. Walks with her were full of dragging and bolting. She's pulled myself and my boyfriend over before when she was in a panic. She was incredibly stubborn with her commands. We eventually bit the bullet and contacted Mellow Vibes. They were the first trainer (and people in general) we talked to that did not judge what we did. The amount of times we heard from other trainers and people that we should not do this or that with our dog out of our desperation to build a bond with her (like letting her sleep on the bed with us or on furniture). They were the first trainers that understood where we came from and why we let her get away with certain things. We didn't feel judged for the first time or like we were being scolded. Instead, we got understanding and compassion. Paul spent 6 weeks with her. Let me tell you this, the amount of care and time he spent with her is astounding. Our dog was scared of EVERYONE but especially men, children and the elderly. Yet somehow, on our first meeting with Paul, she was calm. Paul kept us updated with her progress, pictures, videos, answering any of our questions or concerns. When it was finally time to pick her up, Paul trained us on his techniques of dealing with our dog's issues. We were met with a dog that listened to commands and when we did our walk with Paul, holy moly we were able to walk through the busy busy streets of downtown. Later that day, we were able to walk her through a busy park with so many screaming kids. We. Could. Never. Do. That. Before. EVER. She seemed to adore Paul, always looking back at him for reassurance and a bit of confidence. I almost felt bad taking her home haha. You could tell she was at ease with him and she was WELL LOVED in her time there. YOU DO NOT HELP A DOG LIKE OURS BY "BREAKING THEIR SPIRIT" OR ABUSING THEM. Now, I don't think our dog will ever be a people dog but we were taught how to manage her issues and she, herself, was slowly learning that people, objects, etc would not hurt her. At home now, she is generally a happier dog. More smiles, more tail wags, more following us around (she never wagged her tail or followed us around like this before). Mellow Vibes truly has helped her come out of her shell. They continue to follow up with us with messages, phone calls for more tips or to answer any of our questions. The rest is now up to us to keep up with the training and to continue to develop our relationship with her. You do not rehabilitate a dog like ours with anything but love, patience (oh so much patience) and compassion.

We had thought they were professional as our small dog was elderly and had health issues they were aware of. One day they left a large dog in with little ones, they reasoned it never had attacked a dog before so it was safe. He decided he didn't like our dog for some reason and lunged in attack mode. He ripped open our dog's side, crushed and punctured his nose and broke his jaw. A staff member took him to a nearby Vet. We got called and picked him up covered in his blood, open gashes and he was in agony. We took him to the VEC in downtown Toronto where he was seen as an emergency. He never recovered from the attack and was in pain every day until he finally died. The owner couldn't care less and said they were not responsible at all despite breaking their own written policies of keeping larger dogs apart. We filed a York Region Police Report and the owner refused to co-operate with the Police. She said she banned that dog from her business as that was the end of it. The Bylaw Officer called her and told her that she must co-operate with her or business licence would get yanked. The Bylaw Officer was concerned because of how brutal the attack was that this animal would attack children and the owner very reluctantly co-operated. She refused to pay any of the emergency Vet bills saying it wasn't her responsibility at all. I would not trust Holiday Pet Care with a goldfish. If you love your pet at all find someplace else instead to leave your animal or you may be facing the loss of your pet dying a slow lingering death from injuries received there. Some of the staff was good but the attitude of the owners renders any goodwill as useless. If you don't love your pet then by all means leave it with this butcher of family pets who doesn't care about your bills or any grief she causes.

I continue to be very affected by how Dr. Berman 'handled' me and "treated" my dying cat last Monday - the things that were said (way too much, that muddied what was crystal clear), and the things that were done (totally unnecessary). And the things not said that absolutely should have been and without prompting on my part. I'm not innocent in my animal companion's of 16 years completely needless, multiple trauma in his last day of life, and I have to live with that. I didn't witness what he went through, but I keep replaying the images in my mind and imagining what it was like for him. And I feel tremendous pain and unremitting guilt. But the difference is that I was facing the inevitable loss of a dear friend, emotional and in denial, and Dr. Berman was the authority, (supposedly) clear-headed, objective, truthful and compassionate - basic assumptions for medical professionals holding beings' lives in their hands. I initially considered writing privately to the clinic first, but finally decided that to be taken seriously, I should engage with the clinic's leadership publicly from the start. I welcome Dr. Corrigan, the clinic's owner, reaching out to me via email for my feedback and suggestions.
