He tented our house, but he also inspected everything that could be damaged by the tent and had super helpful recommendations about making the process easy (for example, propping an old planter up to protect other things from the weight of the tent). He kept checking in advance and, when our contractors started putting up certain light fixtures that could be damaged, he proactively informed us so we could postpone that work. It went without a hitch. He personally attends to our mosquito and brown widow problems - which are no longer a problem. We had 2 other pest control companies prior to Jeff and neither of them got it done. I am a mosquito magnet, but I have yet to be bitten at my house this year. A skunk [update: FOUR SKUNKS] recently took up residence in our jasmine right by our front door and started scent marking every night because construction at the vacant house next door drove it to us (yay). While I'm ashamed to admit I didn't think to ask Jeff whether they did that kinda service ("termite" doesn't seem broad enough), after calling all of the local rodent removal service, Jeff was the only one who had a no spray trap (the others swore up and down there was no such thing despite every corner of the internet attesting that there was - some even charged more of it DID spray...right at our front door). He came the same day and caught it within the week and, sure enough, it wasn't able to spray despite it being trapped and relocated. This guy is a gem. The service I requested was for internal and external treatments. He answered all my questions about wasps, ants and spiders and even gave advice/tips on the management of my bathroom where most my ant problem lies. After a few days post treatment I began to see dead insects lying around outside. Unfortunately, we continue to have ants in our bathroom. Grateful, Bob can back within a week time. By the second month around, we had these ants under control. Best way is to email their support email first and then they'll send Andrew or another team member out to your home. Our home was pest free after about 1.5 months. I'm not sure if that's fast/slow but they were patient and understanding of my messages at any time of the day and were very quick to send someone to either patch up missed holes or to pick up traps that went off.

The last time I saw termites, some years ago, Magic Care Termite was recommended to me by a real…read moreestate agent friend. At that time, they came out and treated the underside of my duplex and all was well for many years. About a week ago, my tenant suffered a "swarm" of termites in his bathroom, and so I knew who to call. Despite the fact that we were coming up on Thanksgiving week, Jennifer had Rattan out to inspect the situation right away, and he found the subterranean termite colony in a crawlspace that wasn't too easy to squeeze into. I was happy that I now could get onto the schedule for treatment, but I had low expectations that it would be so fast. Monday morning, on time, a crew of three arrived and took care of the colony. They were neat, organized, and efficient. Rattan treated an extra area that was not part of my contract (without charge). So, my tenant and I had a termite-free Thanksgiving holiday. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
