So I called a few shops around the area and only this location confirmed that they have the availability to get my car in right away. Other shops wanted me to leave the car there so they can look into it the next day. 1.5 hour later these guys called back and informed me on what's wrong with my suspension mount and asked for my approval on repairs. Another hour or so later they were done with the car and left a voicemail for pickup. The price for the repair was reasonable. Most importantly, they were able to get everything done in a few hours and got me back on the road!

My 2015 MINI John Cooper Works needed an oil change. I am very iffy about where I take my vehicle to for servicing. You can't trust just anybody to work on your vehicle when you are away from home. So I looked up Detroit Tuned to take my MINI for servicing. They gave me an appointment for a Thursday when I understood it was on a Wednesday, however when I showed up at Detroit tuned on the Wednesday they did not hesitate to give me service right away. These people are awesome. They made me feel welcomed. Their business is nice and clean. They have a nice lounge with a sofa with a TV and games if you want to play while you wait. They also have lots of performance parts they sell in case you feel like modifying your MINI and want to make it fast or other upgrading. There service is awesome, swift and they well inform you on what they did and how to well care for your MINI. I definitely recommend Detroit Tuned for all your MINI needs.

On this last visit, June 1st, they told me my tires needed to be replaced and they couldn't rotate them. The tires are rated for 55,000 miles and I've put 40,000 on them so far. I said I plan to purchase new tires in the fall and I'm not replacing them today. I've always purchased my tires at Discount and haven't had any trouble in the past getting them rotated except the last year. It seems like they don't want to honor their free tire rotation without selling you something you don't need.
