Sam Tuttle was hired to do a build out on our metal building to be an Airbnb. In short Sam Tuttle is an con-artist. He mismanaged the funds for the job he was hired to do. He lied about how he spent the funds. He asked for more money when he knew he was going on vacation. Then he asked for the entire amount of the project when his agreement stated "three installments as the project moved forward." He refused to follow our vision. He did things his way and when we asked him for explanations he said he was going to need more money. In a meeting in our home he insulted our guest when they asked him a question. He got into a screaming match at our front door because he didn't want to answer legitimate questions about the concerns we were having. On this same day he walked off the job. Sam said he was a Christian and that he was honest. He was recommended by a close family friend which is why we hired him. There were huge discrepancies about how the money was spent. He told us different amounts on three different occasions which he why we wanted to talk to him. We knew based on the material at the job site and the number of days he worked that there was no way he could have spent all of the first installment. Because Sam walked off the job in anger we asked him for an amount we believed he should return to us. He agreed to this amount in an email and then has refused to pay us. He does not return our emails, he does not return our texts. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for anyone. In this case, it is the right thing to do. Sam Tuttle is not ethical. He took advantage of me and my 82 year old mother. He lied to us. He mismanaged the funds and walked off the job in anger. I do not suggest you use him for any service. We regret trusting in him and allowing him into our home. Do not use his services. Stay away!!

We had filed a claim with our insurance company who used a drone initially to inspect our roof for damages. Unfortunately, with the drone, they could not detect any damage. I requested an inspector (human) come onsite to inspect our roof. Willie met with the inspector and showed him all the damage, which included hail damage to our gutters, window screens, garage door, etc. Subsequently, the inspector had my insurance agent on Facetime to tell me they approved the repairs and I could move forward with Willie. Hired this contractor to install a driveway and dual RV concrete slab. Within less than two months,…read morethe newly poured concrete developed multiple cracks across both areas. I understand hairline and shrinkage cracks are normal, but not where I have to pay someone to fix the cracks as they continue to grow, concrete chipping, flaking or breaking away and damage appearing within weeks or months in multiple areas. The contractor did respond and came out to inspect after numerous text messages and months later; however, they refused to accept responsibility and declined to repair or replace the cracked concrete. No resolution was offered. During removal of the old concrete, small sections of the existing slab were damaged. These areas were filled in improperly rather than repaired correctly. The patch material has since loosened and is now missing, leaving exposed and deteriorated areas. Additionally, a copper drainpipe exiting my garage was damaged during demolition and has not been acknowledged or repaired. Their website states they are "Licensed and Insured" When I asked for proof of insurance, she has refused on numerous attempts, so I am assuming they are not insured. No license found. Based on premature cracking, improper patching, unresolved property damage, and refusal to stand behind the work after inspection, I would not recommend this contractor. More photos and documentation are available. Their response: For the sake of accuracy, we worked directly with Diana Jones on this project. We are a fully insured company; however, Diana explicitly requested a cash price and chose to decline the insurance coverage and standard contract fees to reduce her costs. ​Regarding the property damage, those were pre-existing conditions of the old slab that we did our best to bridge during the new pour. We also inspected the hairline cracks, which are standard for new concrete, and found them to be within normal range. Since our communication has been with Diana, we would be happy to speak with her directly at 512-228-1758 to clear up any misunderstandings 5/27/2026 My response back: Payment method or pricing arrangements do not eliminate a contractor's responsibility to perform quality work or repair property damage caused during the project. He sent several angry, some threatening text messages...including telling me that the tarp was $150 & that a tree branch he'd removed (I paid someone else to haul it after it was cut) was another $150, so I OWED him $100 ! Later, he texted that the tarp was an EMERGENCY REPAIR, which he charges $250 minimum!!! Threatened to bill me for additional money and file a lien (which he spelled lean)!!! Use at your own risk. See pic of the $250 "emergency repair"... a $10 blue plastic tarp. He kept adding on more costs ,as threats when I told him I would review on yelp. He apparently believes that he can just create prices, AFTER the fact, and threaten legal action. I believe it's called extortion.

It had popcorn ceilings throughout and a weird configuration of lighting in the kitchen. We hoped to address the popcorn ceilings prior to moving in to avoid the mess. He had a deadline to be out of his apartment (about six weeks) which didn't leave much time. We had consulted with Robert on another house that needed work and he had given a prompt, professional, very fair bid, but that deal fell through. So when we needed help, we called him again. Once again, he was prompt, professional and the bid was way less than we expected. He said he would try his best to get us done within our timeframe and he certainly did. When he said he would be there, he was there and did exactly as promised. He kept us informed about the job and and his crew did great work. He did all of this while recovering from shoulder surgery!
