I was quoted $350 to locate a leak at my home ( 98 gallons per hour) which I thought was very high just to locate the leak. I told them OK because we needed the water turned back on. They turned off the hot water pipe that leads to my outdoor kitchen and gave me a bill for $2256.40. I was told it would cost more to fix the leak between my house and the outdoor kitchen. I said WOW!!! Now I see why they changed their name to WOW Plumbing.

They installed a Navian tankless water heater. Upon initial installation, the condensate line was connected incorrectly, and the drain pan wasn't sealed. As a result, it leaked all over the attic. During the post installation electrical cleanup, we realized the gas line was loose and they had to come redo the gas connections. Next, it took 4 months to coordinate the inspection, which failed because they used the incorrect size pipe on the drain line and didn't connect the exhaust correctly. At the end, they admitted the installation was performed by technicians who hadn't completed their Navian training yet. It took 5 months, many emails and many phone calls to get a simple water heater installed and inspected. They don't follow-up, don't return calls and perform poor work with untrained technicians. I'll be filing a complaint with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and the BBB.

Since he was a dog he had no way of opening the door and since he was 165 pound Great Dane he decided to try anyway. His approach was to simply eat/dig his way through. He did not succeed. Several feet of door and frame were injured. Repairs were needed and I found Larry on Yelp. That was a bit of luck. Larry responded quickly, did an excellent repair, and charged a very reasonable fee. He clearly has considerable experience. He is now our go-to handyman and we recommend him for you also.

They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.
