This practice has taken all of the necessary steps to protect their patients against COVID-19. For example, we waited in the car until it was time for my parents' appointment. Staff came wearing masks to the car and escorted my parents inside and returned my parents at the end of the appointment. Also, staff took the time to explain the results of their exam to me and invited me to use their restroom or bring coffee back to our car while I waited. This was a very nice touch. I came to their office off a google search, new to the area, not knowing where to go. I was hurting fairly significantly and Dr. Schaffer and her staff whisked me right in. The took care of the issue and did so with genuine concern and kindness. They followed up like most, but Dr. Schaffer also called to check in on me herself. They referred me to another great group for further treatment, took me back again to finish the work they started, and did so with the utmost professionalism but with great compassion.
