I went to Blue Plum dental, who kicked me out due to my anxiety. So, I chose to go to Johnson City Dental instead, knowing my insurance wouldn't cover their services. Dr. Patel took care of my health even when it was hard on her. She did the same for husband who has had to have 2 tooth extractions due to a broken tooth. I would gladly choose to pay 100% out of pocket to go here than somewhere that accepts my insurance.

What really stood out to me was how collaborative, patient, and encouraging everyone has been every step of the way. Orthodontic work can be a long process, but this team made it so much easier with their professionalism, kindness, and sense of humor. I'm finally nearing the finish line, and I truly couldn't have done it without this amazing crew.
