When I walked in and spoke to the gentleman at the counter I knew this place was going to be good and allergy safe! They explained their process and how serious they take any potential contamination. We first found these cookies at a booth at the Dallas Farmers Market and I was so happy to find this location. It is hard to find really good gluten free cookies and there is a couple of dairy free options as well. The shop is located in a big plaza with a couple dedicated spots in front of the store. It's a small store with all the love placed right in the cookies. So yummy, check it out. There is at least 10-12 different options. We got chocolate chunk explosion, peanut butter chocolate chip, sweet and salty, chocolate chip, white velvet vanilla and oat of this world and we enjoyed all of them. My friend & I tried one of each of the cookies- & we agreed... these really are some of the best cookies ever!!! All the ingredients were clearly top quality, & in the proper proportions (ie just slight hint of coconut in one of the cookies...) Highly highly recommend getting these cookies whether you happen to need gluten free or not. Stumbled upon this place while waiting for a takeout order from a nearby restaurant. I didn't realize the cookies were gluten-free until the guy at the counter explained their business. He was really friendly and explained their unique baking and freezing process. I'm a bit of a cookie snob, so I had my doubts. They proved me completely wrong. The sweet and salty cookie and the chocolate explosion were terrific! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside and tasted great! Stopped by after work to get a few cookies to try ended up with 6. What I like about this place is that the cookies come frozen so you can get a bunch to keep on hand in your freezer for whenever that cookie craving hits, and when it does all you have to do is take it out of the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes and enjoy. I got assaulted by the Triple Shot Chocolate Espresso cookie, when I opened the packaging I got hit with that unmistakable coffee stone that nearly nicked me off my chair. I found the cookie to be good but a little too sweet for my taste it's a chocolate cookie so that would be expected. I found that the Sweet and Salty cookie was a little less sweet than the Espresso cookie. As far as the others I got I can't comment on those as they're chilling in the freezer until next time I get a craving for something sweet. read more

We were on vacation and found them at the farmers market and decided to support a small business. We had no idea we would be trying the best cookie in the world! We got one sweet and salty cookie. Fast forward a few hours, we had to have more and found their store to get more. We got so much more than we expected. The owner is such a sweet guy, we spent like 10 minutes talking to him. I've been gluten free (due to Celiac) for years and boy do I miss a good soft cookie. My husband found this place and when the owner told him that these would be "the best cookie I've had (gluten free or not)" I thought he was a little arrogant. Well, I stand corrected. The man just knew he had amazing cookies. I consider myself a curvy lady and cookie connoisseur and these soft, decadent, chewy cookies are the absolute best. They're individually wrapped which is so convenient because they stay fresh and easily transported. The flavors are great: you have your classic chocolate chip to lemon blueberry. Adventurous or traditional they're all tasty. Even my picky husband was surprised that they were "really good" & "didn't taste gluten free." Finally, I'll say I really appreciated the price. As someone who has to eat gluten free it can be expensive. Gluten free versions of sweets are often smaller and pricier. Not Trouvi! We got a dozen cookies for about $18 and they're not mini. I will be returning and highly recommend them whether you're gluten free or not. read more

It has been really hard to find actual good gluten free sweet treats that actually satisfy my sweet tooth and this place exceeded my expectations. Holy crap!!!! First off, I gained weight due to taste testing gf desserts during covid so I'd consider myself a pro when it comes to this. The dude, (cause I don't know his name) is freaking epic... I walk in and he's like 'you'll love these cookies you can't even tell they're gf' and I'm like 'yea okay we'll see about that.' Yea he was totally right. He recommends cookies and he's like bam! Bam! Buh bam!! And I'm like okay, let's give it a shot... I pull em out of the freezer for 20 mins.... Holy crap! The Cookie Monster should be their mascot! I was visiting farmers market in Dallas, and ordered triple shot coffee expresso, ginger molasses, chocolate explosion, Mint chocolate chip. All cookies were super sweet. Each cookie has 29 gms of sugar. Ginger molasses says 13 gms sugar, but it is also very sweet. And they use many harmful ingredients, like their chocolate is processed with alkali, sunflower lecithin, canola oil etc. In their cookies. These cookies were $10 for four. Basically you are buying sugar. I will not buy those again read more

Best gluten free treats I've had in Dallas area, this hidden gem of a bakery is set back in a shopping center on Arapaho and always has an assortment of cookies ready. In addition to the storefront, they are at Farmer's Market and other special events. My first introduction was when someone sent me some as a birthday gift. I didn't realize they even had a storefront for another year! The cookies are delicious, keep well in the freezer and defrost in a quick 15 minutes. Never taste frozen. They are very sweet; but hey, if you need to be gluten-free and you really want a decadent dessert or snack, don't skip this tasty treat! They deliver too. Started the day with bottomless mimosas and somehow found myself at the farmers market. Sampled and bought a TON of cookies. The people and cookies were amazing, so amazing in fact my drunk self ate all the cookies and didn't even save a single one.
