When I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile from the lady up front. Her patience and kindness really calmed my nerves. I appreciate good customer service. Yasmin, who is the young lady, that took my order, really made me forget about the long night and day that I just had. Her customer service skills are top tier. I love tropical smoothie. I ALWAYS get the island green smoothie and the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. Both of which are awesome. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe so Im glad this one recently opened. This will be easier for me to get to and is much closer for me and on my way to work. The smoothies are delicious and their food is fresh and flavorful. The apple, kale slaw is a yummy side. Right now they are only doing take out given pandemic restrictions. Download the app and it makes it super easy to order ahead of time and for pick up, even when things get back to normal. Pay in advance and then just run in to pick up. There is also a rewards program that gives you a $5 credit for every $55 spent. This store is located between jersey mikes, and the pizza place on Fashion Center Blvd. read more

I love Tropical Smoothie's smoothies that they offer especially Beach Bum and Jetty Punch. This time I tried their Buffalo chicken bowl and enjoyed it. Worse tropical smoothie I've ever been to! Not having heard of them 5 years ago at this point I've been to 12 and this one is by far the worst!! How do you have 8 employees working oops 9 and my shits not ready, when I arrived 10 minutes after it was suppose to be done? However, it's the fact that they f#cking ignore you when you come up to the pick up point?!!! Then, finally someone comes over ask me have I been helped and no my order isn't ready?!!! So ten minutes and 9 customers later, "Have you been helped?" By the same guy as the first time?!! Crazy part is they called people's names and gave them their orders, but skipped the f#ck over me?!! Yeah, I'll never be back to this one, I'd actually ride 20 minutes to Pike Creek, I know it's a hike, but I would've been home by now!! Oh yeah! Smoothie was delicious, don't get me wrong. But their inconsistency with enforcing mask rules is why this place is getting 3 stars. There are 2 or 3 signs on the front door saying that masks are required to enter the establishment. Yet, a woman walked in with no mask on and no employees batted an eyelash or asked her to wear one, and she was promptly served. Everyone else in the store had a mask on. If you're going to place signs on your door requiring masks but don't enforce it, that is not fair to the patrons who are following your rule. Too bad the smoothie was so tasty. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap through Door Dash and when it came, it had cinnamon on it. When I called to ask for a resolution, I was placed on hold without being asked and then I was hung up on. When I got through, the girl who answered the phone put the manager on and his attitude was basically, it didn't come from HIS store that way and that the smell must have come from the driver. So, the smell was a sauce from the sweet potatoes and the manager took NO ACCOUNTABILITY! He basically just said, I don't know what you expect me to do about it....I WANT YOU TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND MAKE AN EDIBLE SANDWICH OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.....he did neither. You know? Very poor customer service. Five employees behind the counter. All five kept their backs turned to the customer. I stood at the cash register waiting to place my order for about 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged my presence in the store. They were fairly busy completing other orders, but that is no excuse to not speak to the customer. I walked out. Very disappointed. I got really disrespected and berated at this location by an employee who goes by Alicia Norris. I pulled down my mask to taste my smoothie and she proceeded to yell at me in front of the whole restaurant while conducting and interview.
