Ordered a chocolate sundae, which was made exactly the way I wanted and the servers were nice.

Very colorful, kids friendly store. Plenty of tables to enjoy some delicious froyo. There's more…read morethan 15 flavors to try. Over 30 toppings including fruits, bobas, gummy bears, candies, and more. The yogurt is so cheap compared to North NJ, whole filled cup with some toppings was $5 for :O. They have lots of nice merchandise too. They make frogs look cute and adorable.

A young girl removed the utensils and covered the product while we were moving through line. Although the nuts were sitting right in front of us with a lid on top, she refused to allow us access. I asked for the assistant manager, who confirmed this is policy from the owner and manager, to remove toppings from the bar during operating hours (approx 9:10-15) allowing the store to close earlier and the staff to leave earlier. Even after expressing concern, she refused to allow us any nuts that were sitting right in front of us. The shop had about 20 patrons at the time with more customers coming in. Even worse the young girls laughed at my wife and I. The store's posted hours are 11a-9:30p. I have worked in food retail and food service for 21 years with much of my experience in management. Ive worked ice-cream shops. Im currently an account manager in food retail for a fortune 200 company. I have never allowed my staff to act this way. Customers are the life blood of a business. Ive always taught that you go above and beyond to deliver exceptional user experience. You don't close up before posted hours, deny service or snicker at a customer's reasonable concerns. We will not be returning.

The massive dessert case greeted me, brimming with colorful delicious-looking pastries, cakes, and pies. I was seated promptly and handed menus which included their specials of the day; everything from lasagna to moussaka to stuffed peppers to barbecue ribs. My waitress, Dee, came over to ask for my drink and went away with my order. She appeared again quickly with my coffee, which was hot, and honestly - better than the standard cup of coffee in most places. Mmmm As I waited for my order I couldn't help but notice how happy their patrons are. It's 1:30pm on a weekday so I see a lot of people who look like retirees, along with a smattering younger diners and some folks in work uniforms. A couple was leaving and stopped to have a friendly conversation with one of the people who worked there. It's obvious they've known each other for a while, regulars. A table over starting singing "Happy Birthday" to their friend. The 70's and 80's songs were enjoyable without curbing conversation. My food came out faster than expected and was piping hot. Toast options are white, wheat, or rye. I requested it dry as I don't want it slathered with margarine or something unidentifiable. It came dry but they included two mini containers of real butter with it. Heaven! Dee came over and checked on me in a bit, offered me more coffee. More yum. Mmmm. Total cost for a Florentine omelette (spinach and feta cheese), a whole lot of home fried potatoes, two slices of toasted bread with real butter and jelly, coffee, and a comfortable friendly atmosphere: $14.45. I couldn't finish it and took about 1/3 of the plate home for later. I have no idea why they're not between 4-5 stars for a diner. Food is solid, coffee is fresh and hot, service is quick and friendly. I think they're worth every penny.
