I asked the guy what the best order was and he said the soup (pho). My two girls and between us got the meatball, beef, and chicken soups. I thought the flavor was fantastic. This particular style has the grill flavor in it as he is cooking the meats on the grill and then infusing that into he soup for a wonderful, soulful flavor that I haven't had anywhere else and would also recommend for others. Slight word of warning as when he's cooking you can see smoke coming through the air and out to the open mall area so just be aware if you have allergies.
