Service was horrible. Female that waited on me, cut her eyes at me, it took along time to get my smoothie. She also intended to give me a cup that wasn't even full and the other customer a cup that was running over at the rim. She tried to hand me the cup not full, but I took the one that was running over ( with the top forced on it). She realized I knew what she did and got nice. Some of the worst customer service around. I placed an online order at 6:47 and arrived 10 minutes later. When I walked in there were 3 employees singing and dancing. I notified them I was there for an online order (which I could see on the screen flashing red) they began to make my order. I waited and watched as my smoothies sat in blenders while the cashier decided to start taking orders at the register. She then began to proceed to joke and talk with what I am assuming was another employee who was off shift. Eventually another employee from the back came up and asked me what I was waiting on and I notified them of the two smoothies just sitting there in the blender. She apologized and got them for me. It took 30 minutes to get 2 smoothies from the time I ordered to the time I left. When I got home one of the smoothies was nothing but chunks of ice. I have already had issues multiple times in the past with this location and sent complaints through the tropical smoothie app but I am tired of getting apologies from corporate and a voucher for a dollar or two off my next order. If you like poorly made smoothies and watching high school employees sing and dance then this is your place. I've seen molasses move slower up hill. In the past I've only gotten smoothies from this chain, and my expectations for the food were pretty low being that this is a smoothie place, but I was surprisingly impressed! I'm picky about chicken but opted for the chipotle chicken flatbread and really enjoyed it. I paid $1 extra to get the maple sweet potatoes as my side, and they were great as well! The smoothie was tasty and complimented everything perfectly. Staff was friendly and moved quickly even though there were several people placing orders and waiting on food. I'm saddened to write a negative review of this place because they have so much potential, but the service and quality of food has drastically gone down hill over the last 6 months. The past three times I have been to this location the smoothies are extremely watered down and full of ice chunks so big they block and clog the straw. The service is also extremely slow and staff at times are down right rude and unprofessional. The last and final time I went, the restaurant was also very dirty with trash on the floors and tables. I have given this location too many opportunities to count and would not recommend it to others. read more

I'm pretty sure they lost or skipped over my ticket either was way too long to make 3 of the same smoothies! The employees seem to need a lot more training. Most of them looked lost. The service was some of the worst I have ever had. Our food took 30 minutes to be made and given to us, despite being the only people ordering. Both workers had AirPods in, and could not hear us correctly. When we asked about our food, the workers just stared at us, and one even laughed. When we finally got our last smoothie, we got the wrong smoothie and had to ask for the correct one. I like to regard myself as a patient person, and I did not get incredibly upset, but this type of service from a "faster food" place is unacceptable. read more

I always stop in after leaving Harris Teeter, which is conveniently located in the same parking lot. I was greeted friendly when entering along with my kids and ordered food and smoothies. We sat in the dining room and ate. It was a great atmosphere food was hot. Smoothie was delicious. All the staff was fast and super cute. I had a great experience here today: my last order was messed up and they responded immediately to my inquiry and handled it so well. Came back today and was treated incredibly well, had a wonderful smoothie and brought home a smoothie & sandwich for my partner that were great! The man managing at 6pm was beyond pleasant and helpful. Good communication when I had to wait an extra few minutes for the second smoothie as they remade it. Considering I waited months for this location to open, I'm becoming more and more disappointed every time I come. My first visit was great - I was immediately greeted and the service was very quick. However, at my visit today I waited at the register for 6 minutes while I watched employees socialize , eat and drink smoothies right in front of me. Upon ordering, I was told that the smoothie I ordered wasn't available... which is a smoothie that I order on a weekly basis. I asked if she was sure, and shortly after, another employee came and helped her ring up the smoothie. The professionalism seems to be low at this location and the staff is far from welcoming. Young lady doing my sandwich walking away from it to get into business at the counter that did not involve her. The young man, Newton, playing around and dropped my granddaughter's wrap. As I expressed my displeasure of people playing around while fixing my food, he wanted to be confrontational. The manager is very passive and has no control over the employees.
