They have a few locations and I've been to two of them, but this one is my favorite of the two I've been to. It is tucked away in the Food Lion shopping center along Park Road which I've always found to be a charming area. The chain is local to the Charlotte area and in addition to their restaurant locations you can find their products in several local retailers and some coffee shops as well. They are more known for their smoothies and wellness shots than their bowls, but that didn't stop me from giving one a try! I don't recall what it was called, but it was very good, with generous portions of banana, and a honey drizzle on top. Still plenty of places to try, but right now this is probably the best acai bowl I've had in Charlotte.

Athlete meals are larger portions, ranging from 600-800 calories, where lifestyle meals are fewer -- I think 400-600 calories? They have meals in the fridge and ready to eat and also frozen ones. Weekly meal plans are available starting at 12 meals. They have seasonal menus so you can get a variety of foods. The containers are recyclable, and oven safe up to 250 degrees and they have a card with heating and spices/sauces best practices to make your meals the best. In addition to meals that you can pick up, they offer several fuel shakes, energy bites and more. Outside of meals, PLN has the inbody scanner to track more than your weight, but body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate. The results print out and the staff can go over what each item means. It comes in handy as a way to track progress.
