I came across this location randomly and needed to pick up some collagen and protein supplements. The sign on the door indicated that it should be open at 10 am but the door was locked. Then I attempted to call the number several times thinking that maybe they forgot to unlock it. No such luck. I was so annoyed that I sat back in my car to figure out whether I should wait or go elsewhere and next thing I know, some lady comes flying up beside me, throws the car in park, and jumps out looking disheveled with one of those way too big styrofoam cups of convenience store fountain drinks and unlocks the door. About that time another customer walks in right behind her and I decide to go in. I was barely greeted but to be fair she was helping another customer. I found what I needed and was happy to see there was a BOGO on one of the supplants I wanted and a BOGO50 on the protein. I'm a Gold Card member and the lady couldn't locate my information. She couldn't accept any of my coupons, though they price match she couldn't figure out how to do that. She tried to convert me to some other program and that voided my birthday coupon. She kept having to call her boss who was supposedly on the way. She had me to come back later to get help from him. When I returned later, he was there and overly familiar. Calling me "boo" n such. We had to call customer service to have the coupons resent via mail because they couldn't do it electronically. He tried to tell me that the BOGO50 had technically expired but he would honor it because they neglected to take the signs down. He only price matched 1 of the two products That were eligible and I was so ready to go that I didn't realize until after I got home that I paid $20 too much. When I called back, the original girl answers and was also unable to add or subtract because even though she looked up the receipt and agreed to what should have been discounted she had to hang up and call me back. When she did she did not provide a resolution except come back when the manager is here. It was too much of a hassle and I just let it be. I don't know that I would go back there. They are too disorganized.

Although the quantity for the gummies is more, they can be a bit potent depending on your tolerance. Either way I say give it all a try & see what works best for you. I use to frequent the Sharon Rd location with a 30 min drive if not more every time. But just recently I came across their location off Prosperity Church Rd which is literally 10 mins away - I'm saving so much gas now lol! The only thing I wish is that they stayed open later than 7pm. For people who get off past 5pm, you can be in a rush to make it or have to wait until the weekend. This place is amazing. It's like the relaxation station. The team is super helpful, kind, and approachable. You can ask them anything, with zero knowledge of what you're doing, and they will just want to help and educate. Stop in for a quick CBD-infused coffee to start your day (dairy free creamer available, woosaah) or grab some CBD-infused Carolina Reaper hot sauce to make your buffalo chicken dip thaat much better. They also have cbd tinctures and treats for Fido and Mittens, cbd chocolate bars, edibles, brownies, and prerolls, cbd vapes, the best cbd oils in Charlotte, cbd-infused coffee beans for the house (!), and several varieties of flower to choose from. You can sit on the patio/garden and relax or pop in and pop out. PSA - they also have ice cream. If you're not into those things, they also offer cbd capsules- even with added melatonin for the night owls who really need their REM. You can even get a cbd-oil massage at their sister business, Vigor, which shares the space. Amanda is amazing - so zen and knowledgeable on all the things, and so helpful. Vibes are content, open, and relaxed, and the team is happy to guide you to the right product for your purpose. They're one of the only CBD-cafés on the east coast, and they keep up to date with new craft brands, market trends, and product effectiveness to help guests get the most out of their experience and keep them coming back. CBD is catching on because the benefits of cannabidiol are being more widely understood. Mitty's Cafe not only has a large selection of CBD products, ranging from oils, massage lotion (their sister company, Vigor offers massage with this CBD massage lotion), edibles, coffee and even pet treats! My friend has an elderly dog with arthritis and joint paint and CBD dog treats helps her dog feel much better than when she was using joint supplements from her vet. Trying different CBD products is a must to figure out what works best for you and they have a wider variety of products than any place I've seen in Charlotte. Their employees have learned the products well and are very helpful in helping me and my friends understand the wide spectrum of products. read more

I originally started coming to Mitty's for a decent cup of coffee and some good conversation. Long before every Bodega, corner store, and gas station in the entire State started to raise the CBD flag, mitty's Cafe was already ahead of the game and well-educated about it. They are very personable to their customers and very articulate and knowledgeable about the use of cannabis. Don't even get me started on all the high-quality CBD products they carry. Also, though I haven't had a chance to indulge they have a beautiful massage parlor on-site as well. This place is the gold standard in Wellness. This is a weekly stop for me! read more

I stopped into Vigor to check it out after a friend told me about the shop. Amanda is the nicest person that I've met in a long time and truly cares about helping anyone who walks in the door. I learned a lot about the benefits of their products and have been able to see why this business has so many loyal followers in such a short time.
