It's small and cozy inside and the place has old bones you can tell by the creaking wood floors. It feels like walking into an old timey little grocer, but this market is dedicated to natural produce and promoting good health. These aren't the type of veggie burgers that try to mirror regular burgers, they have their own unique textures and tastes. Originally it was a bit out of my comfort zone as an avid meat lover but I love to try new things and I have to say they are quite delicious. As I start to learn more about ways to improve my health I wouldn't be surprised if I start to come in more regularly. I highly recommend coming in to browse. Parking garage is connected to The Francis apartments and the parking is on the first floor. Make sure you follow the signs and not the ones to the hotel/ apartments like I did. Items are often out of stock, and it's not always predictable what will or won't be available, which makes it hard to rely on for regular shopping. The takeaway bar can also be hit or miss--many times items are unavailable, and when they are, some of the hot bar items can be on the dry side. The cut fruit has also been inconsistent--either underripe or overripe, with very little in between. Overall, great quality when everything is stocked and fresh, but consistency (both inventory and prepared items) needs improvement.
