We were able to make one of each with great ingredients. I first made a savory crepe with turkey, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers. Covered it in pesto and bechemel sauce. 2nd crepe was a sweet one with strawberries, marshmallows, graham crackers and Nutella. Class was fun and interactive, a fun way to spend an evening! Emily also made sure to keep our drinks full so service was amazing!!!

It's in a little strip mall in Chesterfield Valley. There are a few little tables outside on the sidewalk. It was a little cool so we opted to sit inside. There isn't a hostess stand, but a server saw us and came and told us to sit wherever we would like. There are about a dozen tables in there and I believe they all seat two, but staff would push them together for larger groups. When we got there, there were a fair number of tables open and by the time we left, people were waiting for tables. There are also four seats at a counter. It's not a huge space, but it's a decent size and really cute! We ordered our lattes and checked out the menu. We had to make hard decisions because everything sounded good! We decided we were going to get savory crepes. We both really enjoyed our meals - it was so good! Our server (can't remember her name) was great! The place is nice and clean and the walls are decorated in a Parisian theme. There was literally nothing we didn't like about it an

With any good bakery, you have to get there early to get the best selection. On this particular Saturday, I was told the cookies were the first to sell out. I decided on a brownie type square, a key lime square (with the cutest tiny lime piece), and some Scottish shortbread cookies. Everything was quite good, but those Scottish shortbread cookies were my absolute favorite! I can't wait to go back and buy some more.

Giving me info about the bakery and some of the additional bakers. They serve some Trolley Track cookies, Trolley Stop items, and some items from the bakery coop. I like the idea and recognized Tipsy Goat logo. She gave out a sugared waffle as a sample and it was really good. I also purchased a slice of banana bread and a mini peach cobbler. They were ok, I liked the waffle the best. Its a small space without any seating, register is next to the bakery case with items on top and a rack near the door with more items. It was early afternoon and they still had a decent selection.

Surprisingly though, I didn't get it this time. I decided to change it up and was pleasantly surprised with the items I chose (see pics). Their service was fantastic! The interior of the restaurant is bright and welcoming and classy. I enjoyed the greenery and the hedge walls as a back drop and the warm orange umbrellas seen from my seat on the patio. I chose to sit inside but I was put in a corner. While my server was attentive, I felt like he zipped off as soon as he came by or dropped something off so I didn't get that personal touch read about in other comments. I also never got a fresh refill of any drinks and soft drinks are 3.50! I ordered the salmon crostini and tacchino sandwich. And while the ingredients were fresh and plentiful, and it left me wanting more: more toast on the crostini as it was soft and flimsy with the salmon which is also soft and flimsy, wanted more tomato flavor in the tomato goat cheese mousse, wanted more goat cheese spread and fruit compote on the sandwich to offset the density of the turkey. Everything was very one note and a variance in texture. The fries and ranch were excellent. They were hot and crispy and the ranch was addictive. I wouldn't mind giving Gio another chance, maybe at dinner.

We walked inside and saw there was a line of 2-3 people ahead of us. We saw a man to the side who injected himself since he was waiting on a drink and we saw that he was forgotten and no one had made his drink. He was nice about it but I could tell he was upset. There were two cashiers and when it was finally our turn based off our receipt Kenzie D took our order. We ordered peanut butter smoothie, an americano, a cinnamon scone and pumpkin bread. Any sort of customer service went out the window. There was no greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgment of him finishing inputting an item down to get the next one. I say this because I asked for pumpkin bread and it was forgotten. I didn't even want it after seeing how long it took others to get their order. You would think that you would get your order right after the person in front of you orders but no, two people from groups that ordered after us received their order and we were left there standing waiting for 10-15 minutes. We thought that was the worst of it... We went outside to sit with the in-laws and friends and they were like "that took awhile..." and I told them there was only 3 people ahead of us and that's when they told us what happened to them. My mother in law ordered a drink and so did my father in law. My father in law received his drink and was waiting for a really long time for my mother in laws. So long that he spoke to one of the women passing out orders to check to see if it was done yet. She told him he would need to get in line and order it since they didn't receive it. There was a line and he already waited and didn't want to get back in line so he spoke to the manager and the manager said he heard the exchange and didn't say anything to make it right. So my father in law was like forget it and it just went outside to sit with the rest of the group. The manager came out and gave a disgusted look and gave my mother in law a drink. Then friends also confirmed that he was not nice at all when he came out and probably did it out of spite. I saw she had finished it and gasped because knowing the food industry he probably spit in that drink. Needless to say none of us will be going back to this place. There is no such thing as hospitality here or making things right. And I found out that the cashier that rang us out was the manager? Smh... As much as food or drinks can taste good, not having taste in your service can affect the experience so much so it can't rectify what's been done. Couldn't eat the scone after two bites and the peanut butter smoothie was melty with chunks of banana. I'll stick to supporting pj's and smoothie king.
