My dog is not a runaway as the owner has mentioned. He's gotten out once in the past 6 years with our other dog - 10 minutes later he was sitting at our door. He was left outside all night alone and scared. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN and the owner has been unhelpful, defensive, and unprofessional.
