Tiffany claimed to be an expert pro in dealing with such when I called to inquire telling her all about my dog's challenges. She came and started out pleasant but was stressed, so rude, and unprofessional at the end when I asked her if she can even out some areas that were left longer. Yes, my dog was already done at this time. She tried to clip the uneven areas, I told her I saw another uneven area and by then, she "dropped" my dog, and rushed to leave with an extremely bad attitude that even my granddaughter who just got home from school picked up on. I was ok if she couldn't, I understand, but no need to be rude like that. You're right! You will not be invited again. If you're too stressed for this job, you shouldn't be doing it. read more

Wow I'm so impressed! We have been getting our dogs groomed at Petco or Petsmart for years and we have 3 small dogs. We had enough after our last visit to Petsmart and two of our dogs looked crappy and when I tried to ask them to fix the cut they argued with me and wouldn't do anything. I have used Tiffany's midday and overnight services at least three times. I was very nervous about using a pet sitter service because I had a negative experience with one. She and one of her employees, Kristy came out to introduce themselves and were very professional and assured me that they would take good care of my dog. She was very thorough in gathering care information for when I was gone. So while I was out of town, both Tiffany and Kristy communicated with me via text and even sent me pics. My pet tends to be very nervous so I was grateful for the consistent communication. When I returned, everything was very neat, my dog was very happy and appeared to be well taken care of and, what I especially loved, was they had a written out care log which let me know when and if my dog ate, play times, and when she went out. I love that they take the time to describe how she is doing. I recently went out of the country and felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their care!!!! I would know by the way my dog acts if she were not being provided for or if she was unhappy. No indications at all of this!!!! I have set up 2 more trips this summer and am now setting up daily visits while I am at work. For so many years I have had my little fur baby sitting all day in cages at a groomer...first of all the stress of being in a cage (she has never been in a kenneled environment...ever), and secondly, groomers not listening to a request or concern and lastly...her last groomer was literally screaming at the dogs in her shop. I used Angel Pets for awhile and had my credit card on file. Every time, I needed service I would go to the website and enter the dates and times and pay through the site using my credit card. I would never ever leave town without the confirmation email that the service was paid for "in advance". My pet sitter had my direct phone and she would have told me if for some reason a service fee had not gone through. I hadn't used the service for a few months and suddenly I get this email that "we have charge your card $40.00" I replied for what? Let me know the dates you are talking about? I never got a response. Do NOT USE this service because they will arbitrarily use your credit card and not tell you why! read more

She also used my guest bathroom and did not flush the toilet after using the bathroom and left the sink soaking wet with water everywhere. My husband and I have used Tiffany's services for daily dog walks when I was still working across town and have a dog beset by separation anxiety that leads her to become destructive. She (Tiffany) also agreed to keep my pooches at the last minute so my husband and I could go visit family out of state which was a big relief for us. I think she is in the "growing phase" of her business as we had three different walkers in the time that I was still with that job, but each of them was quite professional. She really cares about you and your pets, and I have always found her to be quite responsive though she does reply more quickly to texts and emails. I find in our harried modern times that there are a lot of people out there these days that get in touch only via texting rather than through a phone call. It distresses me to read some of the other negative reviews posted here, but I have always found her to be professional, straightforward, and caring. She even came and picked my dogs up and then dropped them back off for our out-of-town visit. Her fees are quite reasonable and I have been very satisfied with each of her services. I have not used her for grooming, though she did do a very good job of trimming my Boston's excessively long toenails. My recommendation for anyone on the fence about using her would be to interview her personally and then make up your own mind. Our Cockapoo arrived in the US from the UK yesterday. Tiffany, Angel Pets, collected her from George Bush Intercontinental Airport, cleared customs and took her to her home until we were able to collect her later that evening. I used Tiffany to have a stray dog sent from Houston to Orlando, FL. I had to be out of town for 12 days and didn't want the dog on the streets that long. Tiffany boarded the dog in her home until we were able to make flight arrangements. She took him for full vetting (including neuter) and was wonderful to help in this situation. All the details were handled from obtaining the crate he was to travel in, getting the health certificate and taking him to the airport. Tiffany was recommended by a rescue organization in Houston and I'm so thankful to have found her. After a small scheduling problem the owner quickly offered to come and take care of my dogs personally for free. One of my dogs has skin problems and most groomers take the short cut of shaving her completely. My wife and I have a very fearful rescue dog, whom we rescued from death row. To say he is difficult to groom would be a huge understatement. We groom our other two dogs, but have never been able to do as clean of a job on him. It often takes multiple days to get through a decent groom. At our wits end, we called Tiffany despite being extremely nervous to let anyone groom him. He is my wife's baby and she teetered back and forth on canceling out of fear something might go wrong, making him even more fearful of getting groomed. We have been together for 4 years and she still doesn't quite trust me with him... Tiffany came to our house to groom him and was truly amazing. She not only recognized his body language, keeping him still almost the entire time, but also showed that having an alpha demeanor was important to the process. Tiffany truly has a skill that cannot be taught. She allowed us to watch, which is usually not a possibility offered by many groomers. I was impressed that she remained focused on our dog while training a new trainee and teaching us tips on upkeep. He finally got an amazing groom, something we really have never been able to do before. We are so thankful for her services. She showed genuine compassion for everything he had been through before and actually understood that he is not a bad dog, instead recognizing his fear. I fully recommend Angel Pets to anyone with dogs that have difficulties getting groomed. Not only did he feel comfortable and much better afterward, but she put all our apprehensions to bed very quickly. Extremely unprofessional woman!! I am looking to find a good groomer for my fur baby and was researching groomers in Tomball. I just called her trying to inquire services for my little poodle to get him groomed and mistakenly thought she was affiliated with Angels Pet Hospital ( his vet) which also does grooming with a private groomer in house. I simply asked and explained the mix up which was totally cool. Either way I was looking to get him groomed by her whether she was or not affiliated. Not only was she rude but she hung up on me before I could even ask what were her prices or anything. That is not how you handle customers who are being friendly and acquiring services. I will never recommend her to anyone of my fellow pet mom's in the Tomball area. I used the dog-boarding services a couple of weeks ago while on vacation, and was not happy with the service provided. My dog was put in a hot, over crowded garage, he came home with a bitten snout, and I was expected to go in the owner's home without her there - while three growling dogs were loose. Initially she downplayed the bite, but when I made it clear that it was an issue, she responded with, "he is a big boy and can defend himself. He snapped at my dog and my dog snapped him back, your dog started it. Mine got bit too but he will live." I really didn't need the sarcasm, and my dog shouldn't have been expected to defend himself at any point during his boarding. How convenient that when it became an issue, she remembered to share that my dog "started it". She notified me via text that my dog was in the garage, and I agreed because I assumed that if putting him in the garage were an option, the garage would be safe and livable. I suppose I should have asked at that point, but she sent me pictures of him and the background (in the pictures she sent) looked comfortable enough, so I assumed he was fine. Imagine my shock when I walked into the garage to find it was not connected to her air conditioner, was not ventilated, and appeared to be (for lack of a better term) a hoarding room. My dog was in a hot, hoarding garage. When I addressed that, she claimed I overlooked the fan she had in there for him. I doubt it. I took pictures of it, and nowhere in my pictures do I see a fan. Interesting how on her website where she shows where your dog will be, there are no pictures of her garage. In terms of pick up, I did have a flight delay, and was running late by 1-2 hours of the time I was supposed to pick him up. I didn't want to make a big deal of her not being there, but when I opened the door and was greeted by her 3 loose, barking dogs, I did not want to go in. So I called her and she started getting frustrated and kept repeating "seriously!? I literally have clients go in all the time!" She then hung up on me after saying she would try to get someone to go help me, 30 minutes later 2 assistants arrived. When I brought this up in the email, she said "my staff who met you to let you in tells me you barged in past them with out giving them time to kennel and settle the other dogs so you could get your dog safely and then you rushed right out and left the door wide open when you left." How much sense does that make? That on that day, I waited through check in, customs, and a delay, then sat in a plane, took a taxi ride home, drove to her house, and then waited another 30 minutes for staff to arrive - just so I could "barge in past them". As if I would choose to wait an extra 30 minutes for no reason. It did not happen that way, and to even accuse me of that makes absolutely no sense. This entire experience was very disappointing, since she seemed great in reviews and in our consultation. I was always polite and never spoke to her in a way that should have inclined her to be so snarky and defensive. I could have understood what happened, and refrained from leaving a negative review, had she explained what she did with a little more professionalism, or at least included an apology. Instead she chose to end the email threatening me not to leave a negative review on yelp, otherwise she would expose my dog for his issues, quote me, and attach pictures so that people could see how much of a "problem" my dog and I are. Let's be clear, I know my dog is difficult. That is why I sought her services. I told her about my dogs' issues several times in the initial inquiry, in face-to-face meetings, and in several emails and texts to follow. The reason I so heavily stressed on his issues was so that she could have a chance to deny service if she felt she couldn't handle him. I only contacted her because her website talks about how she prides herself on dealing with difficult animals. Needless to say, I wouldn't use her services again, not only because of how much went wrong, but also because of her lack of professionalism and customer care. As soon as something went wrong, her attitude changed completely, she blamed the client, resorted to threats, and refused to assume ANY responsibility. read more
