Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.

I understand that this is part of the risk of doggy day care, however, what is concerning to me is the lack of attention to the fact that my dog was bit. They didn't even know he got bit, I pointed out because I noticed it when I got home. I called back and the younger girl (the receptionist) said she didn't think it happened on her shift and would ask and call me back. No follow up was given. I emailed the facility with pictures and video and NO follow up, no email back. Luckily my dog did have a dental scheduled with his vet the next day so my vet did look at it, she did say that it was pretty deep but thankfully is already healing. My dog has a scar from this now, and a cowlick in the area where the injury was. If I place my dog in your care, I would expect some sort of communication or even acknowledgment of injury. There was none. I haven't been back since, and this was a few months ago.

I keep rescuing strays off the street so I've established myself here as a regular. A few of my dogs are riddled with anxiety so the staff always make sure we have meds on hand before every appt. Dr Davis is our main doctor and she has excellent bed side manner with our 2 cats and 4 dogs. I've seen the other doctor too and she is very sweet as well. The entire staff is tentative and kind. We've had a few emergencies come up and they have been able to take care of us each time either by phone or in person. I've never felt neglected by anyone here.

When I came in with my 6 yr old Shepard, my service dog, she was deathly ill and could barely walk. Confused and willing to do anything, we did x rays. Paid extra $100 for rush review from radiologist. (Scam) I hadn't eaten so I took dog and ran down the street for food. But right before the vet came in to inform me that my dog was 'consumed with cancer'. No chance of survival. Devastated, I went and called family and when I came back, she came back with the radiologist report that 'nope. No cancer'. WHAT?!! Just WHAT?! One minute she said one thing and poof it's gone. She then told me that she had disk issues and offered shot that blocks brain from feeling pain to help her walk. Next month injection free. Paid for that. I asked her to look in dogs nose to see if obstruction. She refused and I paid and left. More confused than before. After I left, I called back and got front desk when I asked her why she wouldn't look in dogs nose. She told me she saw doctor look. (Lies). I asked her to check with doctor because no. She didn't. Doctor hit on phone and confirmed no she didn't. (I paid for it though) they then deemed me to not come back because my questioning this and then refused to give my dog the second/included/paid for shot. I was lied to by staff, told my dog had and didn't have cancer and refusal to give treatment paid for. Your choice to pay money here. God help u. But notice how old most reviews are that are good and why score higher. It's the old owner time frame and person. Dr sarter. Shame on these people

My two dogs attended daycare at ABC Pet Resort several times, and our initial experiences were…read morepositive. Unfortunately, an incident in April 2024 changed my comfort level with bringing them back. When I picked up my dogs that day, they were brought out and loaded into my car as usual, and no one mentioned that anything had happened. After I had left and was already driving home on the freeway, I received a call telling me that one of my dogs had been injured and had a cut/scrape on his torso. I was told that if veterinary care was needed, I could let them know about reimbursement, which I appreciated. When I got home, I found a significant scrape about the size of a nickel where all of his hair was gone. Because our vet was about to close, I did a video consultation, and they felt it appeared consistent with a scrape that may have occurred during play. I completely understand that dogs play and accidents can happen in daycare. My concern was how the incident was communicated. I would have expected to be contacted when my dog was injured, or at the very least to have been told directly when I picked him up--not after he had already been placed in my car and I was driving home. We never returned after that incident. About six months later, after continuing to receive daycare emails, I contacted ABC and explained that we had not returned since the incident and asked to be removed from their mailing list. I did not receive a response. I waited a long time before writing this review because I don't take leaving a negative review lightly. As a dog owner, communication and trust are extremely important to me when someone else is caring for my pets. The injury itself was not what ultimately caused us to leave; it was the way the incident was handled and the lack of follow-up afterward.
