I did not think I could find anyone who I would feel as comfortable with. I interviewed several petsitters to find a replacement, and no one seemed quite right. Then, I found Mary at Golden Paws! Mary is outstanding! She was willing to come by for several "getting to know you" visits. Some of my dogs are very shy, and I was nervous about how they would do with a new person. Mary really put in the extra time and work to make sure my dogs were comfortable. I was gone for two weeks on vacation, and Mary kept me feeling very connected to my babies even though my petcamera stopped working on day 1! She sent me photos and texts and I felt so comfortable knowing Mary was looking out for them. In the end, she won over all of my dogs! I ended up feeling even more relaxed with Mary than I had been with my previous pet sitter. I cannot recommend Mary at Golden Paws enough! Our cat is very attached to us and doesn't like strangers at all, but he became friends with Pam right off the bat - we couldn't believe it! It was extremely reassuring to see the bond they developed and it gave us such peace of mind while we were 3,000 miles away. From the very beginning, Pam stood out to us because her main concern and #1 priority is the well-being of the pet(s). She takes great care to ask about their likes and dislikes, personality, food preferences, health, etc. and we can say from personal experience that Pam will treat your pet(s) as if they were her own - with much love, care, and respect. Never did we feel that her attention was elsewhere. And our sweet cat loved the twice-a-day visits. No call or anything and even deactivated my account. Roxc is a little 9 lb dog that their sitters seemed to love. I know I had several last-minute request, but I always asked them if this was OK and if not, I would understand and make other arrangements so I'm not really sure what was wrong. I always tipped the sitters and even left them more when it was last minute. I left a screenshot of the message they sent. Again I like their service but believe this is extremely unprofessional to not even call and speak to me or return my message before they deactivated my account. Just thought this review might be help if anyone was getting attached to using them. Just kind of not understanding the unprofessionalism . **update** Ashley, I also stated with any of my requests that "if you couldn't I fully understood." As for Roxc's medications I always left detailed instructions as discussed in initial meet & Greet, and I was assured that your sitters had no problem because they did this all the time. I understand though, it's your business and you may operate it as you see fit. Cancellations happen, and last minute requests do as well, as you surely must realize in this ever changing world in our day to day lives. Just a note, I would have paid any cancellation fee requested but you never mentioned anything. In the end a professional call would have been nice instead of a text, and then not answering any phone calls I made trying to get a more detailed explanation. Hopefully this is a learning experience for you so you can more better engagement with your clients and their babies.

Mixie updated us with photos and videos as did Ashly when she was on duty. Mixie stayed with them overnight to make sure they were comforted and safe! They also let us know when we running low on supplies and needed to restock as well, which was awesome! They really understand the physical and emotional needs of are pets and gave them the affection and engagement that they needed. We really trusted them with are pets and we recommend them very highly. Words can't describe how truly thankful we are to have found them truly gods gift!
