Arrived right at 2:30 and They were helpful getting the dogs to the car as they needed to leave. When I got home and got a good looking ok at the dogs I was shocked at how poor the groomer had done. My poodle is the worst of the two. Hair uneven on his head and tail. Ears cropped like a pageboy. His feet had not been done properly, the hair left long. The hair on his legs uneven. He is 9 years old and gets groomed every 3 months. By far the worst job I have ever seen. My schnauzer was better but, again, in the 8 years I've had him, the poorest job yet. The dogs had not been bathed. It's unfortunate as I like supporting community businesses. Of course will not be back and would not recommend for anyone else.

When he walked out from the back of the grooming salon I noticed he was walking extremely slow. I thought he was doing that because he was afraid of the other dogs. He cried as he jumped out of the car and walked toward the house. When we enter the house, I immediately assessed him, I found that 3 out of all 4 of his paws had been burned, as shown in the photos. The groomer explained it away, offered to refund me, and suggested that I bring him to my Veterinarian. I was told this happens normally around the feet, not sure in who's world!
