I hate to write reviews and I'm very sorry to have to say I would not give this clinic a high score. I brought my very ill dog in the clinic because he was drooling bloody foam a lot and and he couldn't seem to drink well and just didn't feel good. They took him to another area and said they looked in his mouth and said they didn't see anything. They gave him antibiotics since on the blood test it showed an infection. The first antibiotic sadly made him vomit and gave him diarrhea. That of course happens and that wasn't a huge deal but that is when the trouble started. I called to report that he was even more sick and I needed an anti-nausea and antidiarrheal supplement to take with the anabiotic buf they did not get a call back. Then I called again and the receptionist told me that she would get with the vet and have her call me back . Again, they did not call me back. I called again and the receptionist said the vet said just discontinue the anabiotic and give him a probiotic. I told her that did not make sense since my dog has an infection according to the blood test so why would I not give him an anabiotic at all? She said she would get back with the vet and the vet would call me back. The receptionist then called me back and said that the vet was going to give him a different anabiotic. I repeatedly asked if they were sure that the new anabiotic would work on mouth issues and she stated it was the right anabiotic cause it was good for his stomach, which was only an issue because of the first anabiotic After another $80 for the new medicine I started giving him that and he didn't improve at. I then did some research and the new anabiotic was for stomach infections, which he did not have because it was obviously in his mouth. Because he was not getting any better, I brought him to another vet who opened his mouth and showed me that he had a tumor in his mouth. The vet at a couple of vets clinic said they looked thoroughly in the mouth and could not see anything wrong with his mouth other than it looked red at the new vet, I brought him to. They I opened his mouth so I could see the tumor because it was very prominent on the back of his tongue which prevented him from swallowing appropriately and caused all the excessive bloody drool. I guess the moral of the story is this clinic did not act like they cared about my sick pet after I paid the bill and left. Not one person called to check on him to see how the antibiotics were doing and in fact, I never got a call from the vet after repeated calls. I just talked to the receptionist. I think this vet would probably be fine if you're just bringing your we'll pet in for their shots but if your pet is sick, I would not recommend them because pet lovers need to go to someone who actually cares when you're bringing your pet family member into a clinic. I spent $580 at this clinic and then had to bring him to another clinic to spend even more money and start treatments over. read more

There are not enough words and time for me to describe how challenging this clinic has been for me to get decent care. I will just say that they charge you for each RX written to outside pharmacy vendor, such as Chewy, and not just that, they force you to print out the RX PAPER AND MAIL IT IN, instead of approving it automatically like my other vets have. They also will nickel and dime you for other refills for medications unless you take your pet in so they can charge you for a full exam and visit fee. read more

Both Dr. Le and Dr. Reynolds are fantastic. In fact, I think they're the best in the area. Their professional, yet warm demeanor is only surpassed by their expertise. My yorkie was VERY sick and they took the best care of him over a three day period. Under their care, what was a life threatening situation turned around and he is bouncing around like a puppy again. I'm so .happy I found them. In more normal circumstances they are welcoming, friendly and informative. They take their time and answer all questions. Their staff is also the best. So took my dog here for her final visit to be euthanized and not only did they not order the extra earns that were asked for, but they also didn't order the nose prints that we asked for we paid for the nose prints, and they refunded that but the extra little urns they said they never heard us say that Now that in itself is upsetting because it's the last time and objects of my dog who I had for 12 years and I love my dogs almost as much as I love my child, and when I called them to ask about this mistake, they were very rude, very abrupt and made it sound like I was upset about the $90 nose print and kept making it about the money like I was upset about the money. No I wasn't upset about the money I was upset That I no longer have the things that I asked for for my dog and then when I called to double check, they want to have an attitude with you again making it about the money so if you care at all about your animals and not just financials. I would not take your dog or cat or any animal here, all they care about is money and not the animals. They act kind and nice upfront to get you in the door but once your services are rendered, they could care less and again they just give you attitude and make it all about money when it's not about money it's about my dogs, final moments and the items I ordered and requested to memorialize her, they blamed a glitch in the memorial services computers but what it really was was incompetent staff who either was negligent or just wasn't listening again all they wanna talk about is the $90 and what I paid for I'd pay 10 times that just to have the items that I requested and the item that I paid for The sarcasm and the rudeness after speaking to them was mind blowing you would think as vets they would understand. It's not about the money. It's about the animal, but all they see when they see your animal is signs not an animal this place is just there to make money not to heal animalsagain take your animals somewhere else do research and find somewhere better than this place and I'm going to add a picture of my pup just so they have to look at it every time they read this one star review. It's not easy to find a caring, knowledgeable, helpful, and trusted veterinarian. However, this office is one in a million. We took our elderly dog who has experienced a host of vague symptoms. Be careful with this place, my experience was less than expected. The tech took my puppy to the back to "check vitals" and left her crying in the kennel. I had to knock on the back door to inquire and ask for her back. Why would you put a puppy in a kennel instead of giving her to her owner? I'm terrified of her getting sick now. I first brought my boxer to Dr Le, when he was not recovering from a bad cough. She took X-rays, did some additional tests which unfortunately resulted in a sad diagnosis. But she was positive, made a referral for Rusty at Blue Pearl for a ultrasound & a definite confirmation of her heartbreaking diagnosis. She supported us when we chose to take our boy home, to be spoiled for as long as the good Lord would give us. When he let us know that the time had come for him to go on ahead and wait at the Rainbow Bridge. A Couple of Vets worked us in, we're so caring & compassionate, allowing us the right amount of time to say goodbye. We asked to prepare Rusty to come home with us, to have his final resting place on our property. Very well done by a great tech, whose name slips from my mind. And then we received a card from the Couple Vets, which included condolences from entire staff! I wish I could give 10 stars! When my dachshund woke up unable to walk this morning A Couple of Vets was able to give us an appointment right away. Everyone was welcoming and very friendly. Dr. Reynolds examined my Jax and presented me with options for his treatment plan, allowing me to choose what worked for me. He carefully explained what I needed to do to care for him and held Jax for me while I went to the front to pay. Finding a good vet to care for our fur babies is hard and I have had a hard time finding someone like our previous vet, Dr. Rocky, who passed away. After two unsuccessful attempts to find a vet who met my high standards (my fur babies' health is just as important as mine), I conducted extensive research and discovered "A Couple of Vets!" This is where the adage "three times a charm!" comes into play. Dr. Reynolds and his staff not only met, but EXCEEDED my expectations!! The entire experience, from the initial phone call to schedule a last-minute appointment for one of my fur babies who had a UTI and ultimately required surgery to remove bladder stones, to the visit with Dr. Reynolds, was EXCEPTIONAL!! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous, and Dr. Reynolds patiently and carefully explained everything from the thorough test results to the diagnosis and treatment. This is a super important review for me as i am one of those super picky pet mommas when it comes to who takes care of him. Recently took my dog here for an overall checkup after taking him to the pet ER the night before. I just wanted to get a second opinion and find a new vet who can give him an overall exam/blood workup etc. I get really anxious not being able to go inside with him and leaving him in the hands of someone else because he gets very nervous in vets since he was a puppy. They made me feel like he was safe and well taken care of. My dog is usually shaky after vet visits, but he was surprisingly calm when he was brought back out to me! Out of all the 14 years of having him this was the very first time he reacted so positively. Dr. Reynolds was extremely kind and explained all of my dogs issues thoroughly. I don't think 5 stars are enough to rate these vets. We rescued 3 kittens that cat mom abandoned and one of them got hurt and got very sick pretty fast. We took Celeste (the sick kitty) to a couple of vets on a Friday and they did X-rays and a laser therapy that worked amazing for Celeste and she went back to for a few hrs to the amazing kitty she was, but during the night her health declined again. She ended up passing Saturday afternoon after being with us for a short 3 weeks. There was something else going on that we could not catch on time and being FIV positive whatever it was it was too advanced in her little body. When I called Monday to let the office of Dr Le know what has happened with Celeste I was touched and surprised that during the day all her staff called me to find out how I was doing and give their condolences. It has been a few weeks since Celeste passed and today I received the most touching and caring card from all her staff! Celestes siblings are now seeing Dr Le and they are thriving and getting big and strong (and crazy). If you want a vet that genuinely care for your pet or pets and is affordable you don't need to look anywhere else! Dr. Reynolds and his staff have been great to deal with. My dog was involved in an attack and had some pretty significant injuries. He started his care at Blue Pearl and then was sent home after 6 days, at which point Dr. Reynold's took over his care and we've had daily visits for the last month. Dr. Reynolds is super communicative, friendly, and transparent. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. You can tell that everyone there loves animals and treats them like their own.
