They also have free murch and welcome bags with goodies just for stopping in! Their prices are competitive and they require the basic shots to protect other animals. They're payment app is easy to use where you can schedule and personalize future stays and bookings and message the front office. They are very active on social media and their TikToks are so cute! In the play area they triage dogs by size and if they are spayed/neutered to avoid conflict and overpowerment. Thanks to PetSuites, Frankie has learned a few neat commands and is more sociable. My dog is always tired at the end of the day from all the playing he's done and he loves their pool so much that I got him one for at home. I trust this is a safe place for my fur baby, I never had an issue and they communicate immaculately, great job guys!

Just now can we touch his neck without him flinching. I gave 2 stars because I took two of my dogs, one came back unscathed otherwise it would have been 1. I did call the groomer asking if my dog got into anything due to his lethargic behavior and told her about the burn marks. She told me to put coconut oil on it as if it was normal. My dog gets groomed every 3 weeks, not saying he likes it but he's accustomed to it. We tried here cause it's down the street from where we now live. She didn't even tell me about the burns when I picked him up. I may have been more forgiving if I was told upfront about the mistake. I can only imagine my dog reacted to the burns so she had to be aware.
