They needed rabies vaccine card and internet was not working so left and came back with the updated rabies vaccination and left. Came back 3 hours later that's how long it took. and I notice picking him up that his nails were sharp and split while I was leaving and asked that I payed for summer special and they said I didn't pay for it and I said that I did and they looked it up and said "oh yea you did, yea we did buff the nails" so I know right off the bat I got robbed and paid for something I didn't get. I told them they didn't and they are sharp and noticed that the hair was never combed out either because the hair on his neck was all puffed out and didn't have the cologne sprayed. So they sprayed them down and also they just handed me the handkerchiefs. I feel like they should've already had them on when I was picking up. So they definitely didn't do the extra package I paid for and now only that I got home and now we have fleas. Went the next day speak to a manager and she called his store manager and said "we provided services and will not refund you." They didn't provide the services and came back worse with split nails not buffed and fleas. They said that I can come back and buff the nails out. I don't trust going back with my dogs considering the first interaction was denying them water.

In this case, she tried to revise history with her reply, contacted the platform, and is now padding/stuffing the reviews with questionable reviews from friends and family. For the padders, keep in mind that reviews are so that the general public can better gauge unknown businesses, and I wish someone had done that for me (especially in this case). Have you honestly asked yourself whether you're being manipulated, too? Bottom Line: I don't have a reason to make this up. I am the one that was defrauded and is out of $250; besides, I only post reviews that I can stand behind. (Not that it matters, but I've earned a legitimate degree and know how to write a critical review.) And my track record speaks for itself, and I will continue to post thorough, fact-filled, and useful reviews. If the situation changes, I will either update my review or remove it (if I'm able to extend the benefit of any doubts). But then again, I still have a conscience (and a Sovereign). If your review is scripted, prompted, and/or less than , consider yourself a co-conspirator. Moreover, if you're not willing to testify on behalf of Aryanna Vigier or the company, you shouldn't stick your neck out here - nor should you confuse anything she attest to for the truth. Whew, and I thought my dog was reactive! Now I know his instincts were picking up on her character, and he was just trying to warn me... Still not sure how she could get any legitimate dog training accomplished (with anybody) when she's so busy manipulating the platforms/reviews and lying about college and where she lives. We cannot say enough amazing things about Aryanna. We started with private lessons for puppy…read moreskills, added neutrality work (because we are not super social humans and she truly thinks outside the box to help your pups succeed in the real world), attended day camps for new skills and refreshers, and most recently did another private session to work on leash skills. Every step of the way, she has been phenomenal. Aryanna is incredibly passionate and deeply knowledgeable about what she does. What really sets her apart is how she adapts training not just to each dog's needs, but also to the humans' lifestyle, personality, and even health limitations. She genuinely cares that both the dogs and their people feel supported and successful. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. Her day camps are amazing -- we get videos and updates throughout the day plus practical tips so we can replicate everything at home. During our most recent private, she even stayed longer to answer extra questions and help us troubleshoot how to handle a scary off-leash dog charging us on a walk, guiding us through how to keep our pup feeling safe and how to manage situations confidently in the future. That kind of dedication means everything. She has helped us navigate behavioral concerns while also supporting us through a really stressful time when one of our girls needed emergency surgery at just 5 months old. Having a trainer who understands real life, stress, recovery, and how to adjust expectations and training plans accordingly has been invaluable. I plan to come back and update this with a more detailed timeline of our experience from April 2025 to now because there is honestly so much more to say. But if you're on the fence about working with Aryanna -- don't be. She is absolutely one of our top three favorite humans, according to our basset girlies.

We initially thought we'd foster her for adoption due to her dog aggression issues. After working with Travis, we decided togive Rosie a forever home ourselves. We brought Travis in to privately train her so she didn't have to deal with the stress of a group setting and because we wanted a tailored training program. With Lone Star Dog Training, we received an excellent job. Travis educated us about how training is important and what results he felt we could see. Over the course of 4 months, Rosie went from being aggressive toward our other dogs to feeling safe and comfortable with them. She's even adopted our 12 year old border terrier as her sister. Rosie has progressed from a frightened stray who did not wag her tail or understand how to take affection, to bounding and leaping with joy when she sees her people. She now seeks out our affections and looks forward to spending time with us. If not for Lone Star Dog Training, we would not have decided to keep her. It showed us what a wonderful, fun and loving dog Rosie is. Thank you, Travis , for your dedication and patience with us.

You'll get plenty of support you need along the way as long as you'll ask for it. I text Michael, sometimes daily, all my questions and concerns regarding the training, and I've never been left without an answer! He'll also provide a ton of materials (videos, books, articles) you need to familiarize yourself with to set you up for success. Me and my dogs are working on solving the fence fighting issue, and so far one of them is actually responsive to my efforts. When I reached out to Michael I didn't think that much can be done, but now I see a light at the end of a very, very long tunnel :). All our sessions have been online so far, as few days before our first scheduled meeting the stay at home order was placed. Online conference worked just as well for us, and we didn't have to delay the training any longer. A recent addition- online "support group" where his customers can share ideas and chat is a great idea too! Overall, I couldn't be happier with the decision to work with Michael.

Playtime was not fun for us because he would get too worked up and end up with what I called a "zoomy meltdown", which involved a lot of jumping and nipping. Thanks to the training, we have an energetic sweet boy instead of a lot of stress and worry.

To sum up my review below: Sammye is a lifesaver…read more When I first got my puppy, I thought I was doing all the things right, playing crate games, working on obedience, etc, but still wound up with a pup with horrible separation anxiety. I tried every online tutorial and blog, working for months on my own trying to gradually desensitize my dog to being alone. After months of little to no progress, I was starting to worry I'd have a dog with life long panic attacks who I could never leave alone. I tried several private trainers, who more or less parroted the same things I was reading online and had already tried on my own. Anytime I left the house I either had to take my pup with me or pay someone from rover if I couldn't find an available friend to watch her. I had several months off before starting a new job, and I treated training my dog like a full time job yet still wasn't making progress. Sammye's reverse board and train changed everything. After a few weeks of reverse board and train days (The trainer comes to your house for several hours to work on a problem in the dogs home environment), I now have a dog who I can leave at home without a second thought. No crying, no whining, and certainly no more panic attacks! Sammye was always very respectful of my home and I always felt comfortable leaving her with my pup and a house key. As a bonus, my pup was always exhausted after a full day of working with Sammye, which meant I got to enjoy a tired out, snuggly pup when I got home. Sammye was incredibly patient with her, and used positive reinforcement methods that aligned with my own philosophy (I can't say the same of the other trainers I tried). Sammye was so professional and clearly very knowledgeable in her field, and I cannot recommend her enough. If I could give her 10 stars I would. As my pup grows more I'm sure we will run into other problems, and I fully intend on reaching out to Sammye when the time comes. Thank you Sammye for all your hard work!
