Due to a family illness the little fellas missed a monthly appointment. They were taken in, and I understood there was some matting. Instead of trying to work out some of the matting in order to maintain the cut and breed of my boys they butchered them They won't take credit or checks. They are near a major Hwy intersection of so hold tight to your pups, and the front desk guy has as much personally as a pet rock.They took out the clippers and shaved them. I could have done what they did and saved $95 CASHI won't be back nor would I recommend this place to anyone else.

The last time we went there, The female tech that said she was doing the exams were a joke. She looked at my dog, squeezed her a little bit and said she looked healthy and was fine. Finally, she did look in her mouth and said she needed her teeth cleaned. It was very obvious to anyone her teeth did need cleaning. When checking out, they suggested we give both our dogs, Simperica. I declined and stated, I would never give my dogs Simperica.

They told me to wait 24 to 48 hours and they never called And they never stated Dr. Robbins was on vacation. I was already gossiped about the entire time and Peyton tripp came in the room very aggressive from the moment she walked in so the only behavior that was inappropriate was Peyton trip's behavior trying to belittle me with two technicians also when I'm the client just there to make my cat feel better. I ONLY defended myself and my cat in a vulnerable moment, you don't get to gossip about customers prior to them being there. Lying about her license being on the line why would I need to see a new doctor 30 days after I had already seen Dr. ROBBINS? Just so you can get another $90?? His exact statement was to come in and just get the steroid shot as soon as her symptoms returned, and what's so crazy is I went to a new vet today and paid for an exam and the same shot that was being administered by this vet and it was half the price. So I would not choose this business over any other business in Baytown to bring your cat or dog because these people do not care about the welfare of your animal. They care about their selves and the money they make. My behavior like every person's behavior going to the vet is high anxiety because they are there to make their cat or dog or other animal feel better. I didn't attack anyone all I did was defend myself because they said that my Voice was raised when Peyton trips Voice was raised the entire moment. I simply stated maybe you couldn't hear her because she's so short. That is the only thing I stated . You were not even in the room to even give an opinion. You were only going by your employees and the people you are loyal to. I am a customer and I gave every detail of what happened in that room and I am not lying about anything . But you are. Also, you stated that you said I could reschedule with Dr. Robbyn's and that is a lie as well. The only thing that was being repeated was, I'm not injecting her cat. She kept reiterating that my beautiful fur baby had lived a very good life and was blessed that our baby had found us (we adopted her off the street). We went to Dr. Burns because we've had pets that we've taken to her in the past, and yes she is upfront about what's going on, but we appreciated it. But, it didn't mean that she tried any less to help our baby out, she also won't let you go into debt when she already knows the outcome. The love and affection given to our baby was so strong and heartfelt. Her staff, for the most part, were very caring. God bless you Dr. Burns for the love and care you continue to give our babies.

We have used this facility a couple of times. Twice for our cat, and once for our dog. The…read morecages/kennels are always clean. Our cat enjoys the climbing tree and sunny window in the cat area. While the dog (who is a large, outside-only animal) had no problem with the outdoor kennel she was kept in. When we called to let her know we were coming to pick up our animals, she was kind enough to inform us of a couple of things that we needed to be aware of... For one thing, our dog, of all times, went in heat. Also, since our dog is used to sleeping on dirt or grass, she was favoring her left hip (probably because she was sleeping on the concrete.) We got her home, and, after a few minutes, she was running around like normal. That was our fault for not remembering to bring her doggie pillow to sleep on. It was also our choice to provide cat and dog food for our pets. We wanted to make their transition/stay as easy as possible. There was no problem with us doing this, and they were fed as we directed. We will certainly use this facility if we ever have to board our pets again!
