I asked about how much the service would be for the appointment told me they couldn't tell me but price may have gone up so I asked if I would be refunded the amount if the service was more than I could afford. She proceeded to tell me then I can just refund you your money and place a note that you could not return. It was a simple question and if people can't afford services then you should be able to answer if the money would be returned. I wouldn't recommend this place simply because of lack of understanding and professionalism.

Instead, they said only Revolution could be comped, which is a 1 month topical, not the 2 month medication I was originally told about. At that point, it's not even about the money, it's the principle. I made my decision based on the information your staff gave me, and then it completely changed when I got there. So now: * My cat Tilly was stressed in a crate for over an hour for no reason * My time was wasted * Your front desk staff had to deal with a frustrated client (I know it's not entirely their fault they are doing their best and are very kind) * Your clinic lost a customer entirely All over a single dose of medication that could have easily been honored. Annabelle departed this life and we were treated with the utmost of care and comfort anyone could imagine. Now, we have one-year-old Emma. Emma began her care at The Zoo for her first examination as soon as she arrived at our home. She is cared for with the same loving care. Never have I had a negative experience at Atascazoo. When he walked out from the back of the grooming salon I noticed he was walking extremely slow. I thought he was doing that because he was afraid of the other dogs. He cried as he jumped out of the car and walked toward the house. When we enter the house, I immediately assessed him, I found that 3 out of all 4 of his paws had been burned, as shown in the photos. The groomer explained it away, offered to refund me, and suggested that I bring him to my Veterinarian. I was told this happens normally around the feet, not sure in who's world!
