My senior dog came back in worst shape. 1 of my dogs was booked for half day play and the other wasn't since she is a senior dog. My senior dog was returned to me with her own shit matted on her bottom which i can tell had been on her for days because it was hard and i had to cut out before bathing her and she smelled of pee where i can tell she had been sitting in her own pee and poop. They are still "washing her bed and blanket" and told me they would return it to me tmrw.. which i will honestly just throw away. Imy second dog i paid for a bath so who knows how he really was. But he was definitely infested with fleas they were crawling all over him and he was scratching. So i had to bathe him anyways. I bathe them both 3 time with flea and tick shampoo picking and combing out each dead flea on them after the bathes. All for a $600 bill isn't worth it if your dogs arent going to be kept clean...so if you book just be cautious.

Mind you, it was a Saturday and I was calling around at 1 pm--they ended up taking us in, no problem! Now I've had nightmares with groomers in the past, Aleu is a Mini Australian Shepard and the last place we took her and asked for a trim, we came back to a shaved dog. It was a nightmare. Ju Ju's asked us how much we wanted cut, told us they'd have her ready in 2-3 hours and we were good to go! They called back in 3 hours on the dot and I picked up a beautiful little Aleu with the biggest smile on her face. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable. I am so happy with this place. Thank you, Ju Ju's!

I will never go to a place that does not require vaccinations and I hope the staff. - My pet ended up developing pneumonia and cost me over $1k in vet bills but is recovering and getting better. - I hope and wish for this to be a positive and learning moment for all invovled. Never trust a place that doesn't require vaccinations... I guess it's my own fault. I was in a rush and needed a quick hair cut for my dog and when I went to check her in they didn't ask anything about vaccinations. I was in a hurry so allowed her to go anyways since my dog has all her vaccination's. Lesson learned... my dogs "bourdatella" was on her last week and she was due a vet appointment the following week. Well she got kennel cough and the poor girl has felt Terrible. Cost me over $250 in vet visit and pills and they wouldn't renew her vaccine while she was sick so I had to go back this week and pay more money for a second visit and her get shots updated.

My dogs are accustomed to being around, just our family and don't always be friend new people readily. They immediately took to the owner, Brian. Our dogs are on a diet where they have a mixture of dry and wet food that require refrigeration or freezing. That was no problem at all for the owner to accommodate. The fellas looked well cared for when my son picked them up! My son forgot to check for the dogs blankets when he picked them up and Brian kindly drove them down to the city where we live so that the dogs would have them. Before she went, I'd worked with her on sit, down, take it, leave it, and some spins with decent success. Brian took what she had and built on it, adding heel, come when called, turn, and stay. He returned a noticeably different dog. When we hit some bumps shortly after, he came back out and spent a solid hour with me going over what was actually happening...not just commands and corrections, but why she was behaving the way she was and what she needed from me to feel secure. (Spoiler: she needed me to be more confident and consistent.) He has a way of cutting straight to what matters without overcomplicating it, and more than once he said exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment. What struck me most across both experiences was how much genuine wisdom he brings to his work. He's clearly someone who has learned his craft through deep experience and observation, and it shows in every interaction with the dog and with the owner. On top of all of that, his pricing was incredibly reasonable; boarding and training combined for what many trainers charge for training alone. We felt genuinely taken care of. Kind, patient, perceptive, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.
