    I booked Lily our Golden Doodle in for a groom, she had been going to Happy Snoutz for years…read more Leslie was not there when I dropped he off at 9, for a 12:30. appointment. They insisted I bring her early so she would be ready if they got ahead of schedule. I explained i was leaving on a trip at 3:00 so had to pick her up then. I figured no big deal she can play until she gets groomed. I called at 1:30 and they had not even started her and said they would then, I explained again I had a flight to catch so needed to pick her up by 3:00. I called again at 2:30 and they were bathing her and that was all they had time to do. Well that was an expensive bath she didn't need. When I picked her up she was totally tramatized. I questioned the lady and she indicated they had put her in a kennel. She hates kennels. I had explained early to Leslie that Lily doesn't do kennels and she always let her play with the other dogs. Well these girls decided since I didn't pay extra for day care she had to wait the entire day in a kennel to get a bath we didn't want, excuse me you were the one ones that REQUIRED she get there early for you convenience not mine. I don't think the dog would walk back in there again she was so upset. We will never go back to Happy Snoutz again!

    Today the manager and owner showed no willingness to work with an upset customer on a punch card…read moresystem that is very misleading. The punch card is for daycare visits or services that are $27 and up according to the owner and manager. I have received 5 so far out of the 10 needed to get a free bath. When my wife and I went on vacation we had our dog Samson stay there for 8 days. No where on the card does it has any fine print about certain restrictions applying. After spending almost $300 on daycare and boarding. The employee (found out 6 hours later I was talking to the owner) said she could only punch my card one time. She explained it was based on the drop off Friday October 21st and the pick up the following week on October 28th. In other words only one credit since it was one drop off and pick up. I was of course confused and explained Samson was at daycare and boarding for 8 actual days. The punch cards doesn't explain this detail or restriction. We spent close to $300 and one punch doesn't seem fair. I was upset that we only got one credit for 8 days of full daycare and then over night boarding. When I came back later that day to pick up Samson. I brought up my concerns with the manager. She tried to explain the same thing that the employee said to me that morning. She said you get credit for each time you come spending minimum $27. She tried to explain if you go somewhere and buy 8 things you would only get one punch. I tried to explain if I bought 8 pedicures for me and 7 other friends I think they would be glad to give us the credited punches on the card. She continued to explain that they don't have to give these out since they are a small business. I felt like she had no empathy or thanked us for doing business with them for 8 days. Just saying we don't have to do this and we are a small business. I agree but I said the punch card is misleading big time. I asked her if I could speak with the owner and she informed me the employee I spoke with in the morning was the owner. I am disappointed that the owner and manager had no empathy or willingness to in good faith offer some sort of concession for the situation. Did they say sorry? Yes but didn't show any interest in saying hey thanks for bringing this concern up. We will work on updating this card of letting our customers know. Or maybe hey we will give you a few extra punch cards. We can't give you 8. But we want to keep our customers happy. On principle alone I will not do business here again.

    I brought my cat, Gidget, to 610 Pet Lodge in February 2025, where she was diagnosed with diabetes…read morebased on a single elevated glucose reading. She was prescribed Senvelgo (velagliflozin oral solution) and treated for about four months. During this time, Gidget experienced vomiting, lethargy, and stopped using her litter box, which was very concerning. I called Holly to ask if my cat should come in for a follow up because I not been told anything. She casually said "yeah you can bring her in if you want to" So from there I knew something was off so I went to another Vet. After seeking care from other veterinarians and running additional testing--including fructosamine tests--it was determined that Gidget does not have diabetes and likely never did. As a result, I spent over $2,000 on unnecessary medication, vet visits, and prescription diet. I hope the clinic carefully reviews its diagnostic process in the future, as proper confirmation is critical before starting treatment with medications like Senvelgo. This medication could have severely harmed my cat.

I knew Rebel (my…read morepup) needed to go in because she had serious matting under her chin, I was so nervous about how she would look afterwards because I loved her floppy hair. But I love this short cut (that was needed because of the matting). Xavier did an amazing job. Pros: reasonable price, great care and cuts. Cons: small con is it isn't a traditional setup and you have to wait outside a gate for someone to come get my dog, it was a bit weird leaving my dog without even seeing the place, but I didn't ask, I'm sure they would have let me. The name on google and yelp don't match and it is hard to find this business, hopefully they aren't losing out on business because they do great work.
