I initially found her through yelp and contacted her due to all the raving reviews about her-- all true!! After every visit she txts a report and it is very thorough -- it's the next best thing after being able to check in on your babies yourself. One of my babies got super sick recently and for a while we thought that we would have to make the difficult decision to let him go. Estelle was so incredibly compassionate throughout the whole ordeal-- coming to see him at the hospital and staying by our side-- I credit her completely for getting us through that difficult time. Thankfully, he's so much better now and we're all just so grateful to Estelle! For the comprehensive service she provides, her rates are so reasonable!! Her rates are actually lower than her competitors and she does a better job! What more could you ask for?

Recently though, scheduling became nearly impossible. Every conversation sounded like: "Let me confirm if our groomer is actually working that day..." After weeks of trying to coordinate schedules, my schnauzer's hair got longer than ever. He loves wearing shirts, so yes, he had some matting. I paid extra for de-matting and gave very clear instructions: shave the skirt, but keep a full beard along with his chest and paws fluffy. Y'all... when I picked him up, I genuinely did not recognize my own dog. He walked in looking like a miniature schnauzer and walked out looking like a scrappy chihuahua named Peanut. They shaved EVERYTHING. His entire body, his face, even his whiskers. HIS WHISKERS. WTF. I know hair grows back and thankfully it's summer, but I honestly felt bad for him. As someone with longer hair myself, if somebody sat me down and buzzed me to the skin without warning, I'd probably need emotional support and a hoodie for a month. My dog still seems happy and unbothered, but I'm traumatized enough for both of us. After years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing and totally unacceptable. We will never come back..

Pricing is extremely reasonable, and he offers discounts for things that most people would not even think to do. He sends you an invoice via email and you can pay it via Paypal, which is extremely convenient. Lastly, my pup Bentley ADORES him. All I have to say is, "Bentley, 'Nesto is coming!" and he freaks out. To me, that proves how great he is with the dog. He has experience as a vet tech, so I trust him and occasionally ask his opinion when my dog has something going on. She helped to keep the house clean, tidy and free of cat hair / tracked litter all over the floor, she would also brush the cats daily and brought some toys round to play with them as theirs were all packed up in anticipation of our move.
