This poor girl was afraid of just about everything! The Rescue recommended that we give Ashley a call. Best decision ever! Ashley came to our house with Ryan for an evaluation and met our pup. She observed Angel in action and listened to our concerns and instantly knew that Angel just needed to work on her confidence. We arranged for weekly training sessions where we would learn a different command(s) each week and practice it throughout the week. In the middle of the training schedule, Angel had a week of stay and train with Ashley and learned so much in that one week! The training has made an incredible difference and she can now walk through a busy store, willing climb into the car, sit/down/stay in her place command (her favorite), heel when on a leash, play at the dog park and not bark excessively at the doorbell. Angel learned quickly under Ashley's expert guidance. It's incredible to see how much a little confidence can change a dog's life. I recommend Denver Dog Training because of how knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible they are. Ashley really makes you feel like she cares about you as the owner. She also strives to help your dog work on whatever specific issues or problems it has. It is not a "one size fits all" approach and she really works to make sure your dog is getting the specific training it needs.

We recently adopted a Great Dane from a rescue organization who had been in four different homes in…read moretwo short years, with little to no training. Sasha had no confidence, was extremely leash reactive and showed a lot of aggression towards other dogs and some people. She weighs more than I do, and I was very concerned that I wouldn't be able to control her while on walks if she decided to take off after another dog or bunny (she LOVED to chase bunnies!). We found a trainer in Ft. Collins that works specifically with Danes who are reactive and anxious; however, the timeline for her training schedule would have taken over 3 months or more, and it scared me that Sasha might bite another person or dog while we progressed through her training. A good friend of ours, who lives in Virginia, (yes, Virginia) highly recommended Denver Dog Training. His son used Denver Dog Training and after watching the video of the dog, named Chaos, and after talking with Ashley, we immediately set up a time to put Sasha in the "Stay and Train" program. Ashely did an amazing job and her philosophy of incorporating training into daily life worked spectacularly. After three weeks of training Sasha, and our entire family, Sasha is a much happier dog and has an amazing amount of confidence. She easily walks with us, both on and off leash, stays in a down/stay and is much calmer around the house. I no longer fear walking with her and feel confident taking her into stores and among other dogs. After three short weeks, she easily passed her Good Citizen test. We will be recommending Denver Dog Training to all of our friends and believe that anyone who places their family member in Ashely and Nate's capable hands will get the dog they've always wanted.

At 12 months she began exhibiting signs of resource guarding and the intent to be the house alpha. Her positive treat based reinforcement group training wasn't getting us to where we needed and luckily we found Kaleb/All-Pro. She (and we) has been receiving personalized training with Kaleb since August 2025. She has come so far, and my (20 year old) daughter is doing the work needed as this is a high energy dog who needs more activity. Kaleb has introduced her to a variety of environments to build her tolerance and adaptivity. We've also used Kaleb for boarding several times now, and our experience is that he treats each pet as if it were his own. The location also provides plenty of room for the pets to receive nice outdoor supervised play time. All-Pro is definitely our go to! My only hesitation about writing this review is that I might struggle with availability for training and boarding as others seek out All-Pro. Pro-tip: Remember, as with any relationship you have to put in the work - and our pets for many of us are family

She has done a complete 360. She's calm, well-mannered, responsive to commands, and -- most incredibly -- she can now be around other dogs with no issues at all. Kaleb even brought out other dogs to test her reactions, had them barking and creating distractions, and she never once broke focus. His training stuck, and it's clear he put in real work, care, and consistency. We can't thank Kaleb enough for giving us our girl back. If you're struggling with behavioral issues and feel hopeless, trust Kaleb -- he truly knows what he's doing. Worth every single penny. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Bruce at Dog Behaviors Denver has been absolutely phenomenal. We have a…read moreShepherd/Cattle Dog mix (high energy, high intelligence), and before meeting Bruce, we had tried multiple trainers, most of whom were only okay. Initially, we knew some basic commands, but the biggest struggle we could not overcome was our dog's obedience or reactivity concerns. Before Bruce, our dog did not do well with other dogs and people on walks, and guests couldn't come to our home due to fear of being accidentally hurt by him. Our lowest point was when our boy bit a lady at a local Farmer's Market, where we were attempting to do some training with him, and he became startled. We utilized as much of the training we had worked on with other trainers, but it wasn't enough. That's when we called Bruce. Here's our experience: at the initial meeting, we were very impressed with Bruce's resume and we could tell by his skill-set that he would be able to turn our boy around. Bruce had over 15 years experience working with dogs who were relinquished due to aggression or behaviors at a local humane society, turning them into confident, obedient and adoptable dogs. Not to mention, he also trained in Germany for 3+ years overseas with a military-style training for police dogs. Bruce uses a combination of high-drive reinforcement and timely corrections One thing to keep in mind though, you get out what you put in. If you aren't willing to do the work, Bruce might not be the right guy for you. We were pretty motivated and found a lot of success with Bruce. Within the first few sessions, we saw noticeable changes in our dog's behavior; he was gaining confidence through the consistency and training Bruce taught us about. Bruce's ability to fine-tune all the mixed signals we were giving AND giving us detailed explanations of why they were important to correct, completely changed everything for us. He even explains the science behind some of the techniques, which we appreciated. Our closest family and friends knew all the struggles we had experienced with our boy before Bruce. They have been so impressed with how much progress our dog has made. We would absolutely recommend Bruce to anyone needing dog training. You will be able to tell the passion and love for what he does the first time you meet him!
