Although my first communication with these folks was a mixup, the subsequent dealings worked smoothly- I was contacted by Kelly who covers my area, and thankfully she had a recent cancellation, so I grabbed it! My dog is usually very anxious, and Kelly took great care to get to know my dog before bathing him. Had Bryan come give my Maxwell a wash and cut today. I'm disabled, and don't drive, so the pooch Mobile is a great service! Bryan was on time and all he needed was to plug in an extension cord. Took about 30 minutes for my 10lb shitzu/poodle. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because he doesn't do specific cuts and can't take too much hair off. I would have liked the hair a bit shorter but this is great to get rid of small mats and clean up his feet! Prices are comparable to any other groomer I've been to and I don't mind paying a bit more for the "delivery." Will definitely use this again! read more

I was just looking for a place to wash my B-Man, one very musky bulldog and came across pooch mobile. I typically go back and forth btw hand washing Byron and getting him professionally done and I like to try out different people and Pooch Mobile was perfect in that they came to me! Richard was awesome! Byron loved him so much despite the fact he was getting a bath. And not only was he great w/ Byron he was super pleasant to work with and talk too on a person level. Him and my husband really had a bonding moment over brushing. Not to mention he was on time and ready to get to work and Byron never once had to stay in a cage to dry or wait for us to come back to get him. I was a bit worried about the fact it was cold outside, but you could tell the dog was as comfortable as a dog can be getting a bath and wasn't freezing his butt off. Now back to what's most important, how'd the dog look? He looked awesome! Clearly very well washed and taken care of. Even smelt great (which after baths I give he normal smells less musky of his normal dog musk). The only downside is the price, but for the fast and easy service and the fact he comes to you and not in your home where you have to clean up the mess, it wasn't that bad of a deal. A friend referred me to Richard and I thought I should be supporting my local businesses instead of the big box stores. Boy was I right! A couple text and the appointment was set up, same day. Richard got there about 10 minutes before me and we talked while I made sure the rascal was "empty". First, they come to your place. This saves me lifting my dog up in and out of the car, (He's an older Aussie. Plus he hates the tile floors at pets mart.) Secondly, it was fast! So the little guy's not stressed out in a kennel waiting for you. Maybe 20 minutes and I was introduced to the fluffiest, snuggleable thing I've ever seen! I spent more time on the floor than my bed hugging him! Third, I don't recall how much he charged but it was waaay cheaper than what I'd been paying. And better! LOLA was shedding her coat, impossible to keep up with when you have a ST.BERNARD. Roland did a great job. She was so sparkly clean, Smelled good, and had about 1/2 the fur she did an hour ago. She was very relaxed, seemed to enjoy the whole experience. If any of u have ever tried to hold a St Bernard in a tub, when they don't want a bath, you know that it is much easier to hire someone! I will call Roland the few times a year when I just can't keep up with the fur! Their trailer is really cool, very easy to schedule, easy to pay, and LOLA liked the treats she got. We have been seeing Lance for my two Golden Retrievers for about 6 years now. We hated taking them to Petsmart or another place where they were very anxious and locked in a kennel. This is great because they come to you! My dogs are pansies and hate getting bathed but Lance always takes his time and gives them a complete makeover. They get their paw hair trimmed, nails clipped, ear hair trimmed and more! Maggie and Sage are always rolling around in things and smell terrible but when he's done with them they smell like a floral old lady and it's very nice. For both of them we pay about 90, which considering all they do and comparing prices with other places, that's not bad at all. We appreciate you guys! Keep up the good work! read more

Called the number in hopes of setting up service for my animals and reached the call center. Girl was rude. I had to give her my information and wait to be contacted by the local operator (well I actually have 5 minutes to set the appointment now- not later, but that does not matter). Then I asked if they also did cats and she said "um, no we are the POOCH mobile" quite rudely. I get the name of the business, but figured I would ask- didn't need the bad attitude. I told her I did not think they would be a good fit and hung up. If this is the professionalism of the contact person, no thanks. read more

I recently had my dog groomed who was shedding badly. The guy that groomed him was very responsive and professional. He did spend a fair amount of time trying to get my dog cleaned up but the end result was not up to my standards. My dog still had visible signs of shedding after the groom and now a short time later is back at my primary groomer who always gets his hair out. Pros: convenience can't be beat! 5 stars for the Pooch Mobile. I am a busy new mom and was looking for a service that would come to my house; we live in the Highlands area just West of downtown Denver. I looked on www.yelp.com and found the Pooch Mobile. The 1-800 number connects you to the franchisee in your area. Roland was at our house the next morning. My dog Sully seemed to know what kind of treatment he was about to get as he playfully tackled Roland after he got out of his truck. This is a compact service so you don't have to worry about a monstrous truck parking on your street, just a neat pick up with the mobile wash in tow. I really appreciated the thorough job Roland did. He even clipped Sully's nails and cleaned his ears and if you have a lab you know what a pain that is. He took great care with Sully as I peeked out of the living room window I could tell Sully was having a great time. He smelled so good afterwards our house had a clean scent for days. I am conscious about cleaning products and was pleased to learn that they use organic products. The price was very reasonable as well. I pay more at Pestmart for a wash and I have to bring my pet there. I would definitely recommend this service and specifically Roland if you want a kind person who does a thorough job and seems to know a lot about breeds; I talked to him for a little bit after Sully was washed. I have used the Pooch Mobile multiple times. I'm in Southwest Littleton and Jen does an amazing job. I have to 2 Huskies so they can be quiet a handful. Jen is always on time, happy to be there and does an amazing job de-shedding them. For 2 dogs with a ton of hair that needs to come off she always has them done in a couple hours and they look amazing. It's so much more easier having her pull up to my house and get them done then trying to take them anywhere. It's super affordable too. I would recommend Jen to anyone. read more

We've been using Jen at Pooch Mobile for quite a while now. She comes every 2 weeks to groom our red heeler and our bichon. She also clips and caps our cats claws. She is gentle and kind, at first our heeler was scared, but Jen won her over, its no big deal anymore. I highly recommend this wonderful and reasonably priced service. read more

We have been using Pooch Mobile for several years now. Over the last 9 to 10 years we've had three different groomers - Richard, Robert, and currently Jen. All three of them have been absolutely wonderful with our dogs! We have a 16.5 year old Aussie Shepherd mix with arthritis in his back hips and a fear of water. Jen is extremely gentle and compassionate with him. He still hates baths but she is able to get him to cooperate and he gets a treat from her when he's all done. We have a rambunctious Border Collie mix and Jen is also very loving and patient with her as well. She is happy and excited whenever Jen comes to do door. Pooch Mobile uses a trailer to bathe the dogs in. It has warm water and a roof over the top in winter. They plug into an outlet in your garage for power. We have used other groomers in the past, but Pooch Mobile is much less traumatic for them since it's right outside our front door. Not to mention their fur is so soft and shiny and they smell good for several days after their baths. I highly recommend them and have referred them to several friends and family over the years. read more

Poncho gets super nervous whenever I take him to the vet's or to get him groomed, but since he was able to see me there (working on my laptop) the entire time, he was totally fine.
