Our grooming experience with our Giant Schnauzers has been great! No complaints. (: They are patient with our 7 month old puppy and our 4 year old that is timid.

Denver is Pawsh's #1 fan! We love getting the full grooming and the blueberry facial. They always take such gentle care of him which means a lot because he's so old. The entire staff has their own pets so they really LOVE to work with animals. I've also used their at home dog walking service as my dog prefers routine and they send the cutest pic updates, play with him, and make him feel so taken care of. Before finding them he used to get super depressed but I know this team loves him and truly cares for him whatever the service he is getting. I absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!

This place is terrible. Not only does his dye job look like shit his nails were cut to the quick. If you want to be unhappy and ripped off and your dog injured go ahead and go here. This place is absolute garbage and they aren't helpful not one goddamn bit. They are absolutely garbage wouldn't make it up to me and didn't give a shit. Update - I picked my dog up at 3:50pm and my dog is still bleeding from the nail at 1am tho it's been off and on all these losers did was give me I microscopic amount of quick fix nail shit. Please if you value your dog please god don't come here.

This is the most disappointing groomers I have ever been to. $100 in my service was not even completed my dog ended up having a panic attack on the table so I rush over from work to get took me 45 minutes. They literally charge me for having to keep onto her for 45 minutes when they told me I had three hours to pick her up when I dropped her off service was not completed Groomer is very unprofessional. Tried reaching out to the owner Mickey she wouldn't even return my call very disappointed.

First review I've ever felt compelled to write. I couldn't get in with my regular groomer, and contacted this shop to ask if they could do a breed standard show cut on my Irish setter for a show on the following Sunday. They enthusiastically told me yes. When I dropped my dog off, the groomer wouldn't come out to talk to me, so the front desk person took him back. I again reiterated what was to be done. Later, I called in to pay over the phone because my husband was going to have to pick the dog up for me. I was told that I owed *$350*. In all of my years of having dogs, I've *never* been charged anywhere near that cost for a dog, show cut or not. Regardless, I paid, thinking that I'd at least have a great grooming job and would just never patronize their shop agian. You can see for yourself in the photos what I got. Multiple bald patches, choppy clipper cuts, some hair long, some short. It looks like a drunk took clippers to this dog. It was horrifying...I've never seen anything like this. Needless to say, I couldn't take this dog to show. When I contacted the shop the next day, the manager said that the dog was blowing his coat and that was why has bald patches (!) The owner has refused a refund (through the manager) and has refused to even speak with me. I have no idea why this place has a high rating on Yelp. Please beware and do not take your pet to this place for a groom. There are so many wonderful options in Parker...this is the absolute worst.

Disappointed how they handled a groom injury :( My Shitzu was perfect before the groom and came out with an eye injury afterwards. I noticed the injury immediately afterwards, documented it with a photo and contacted them first thing in the morning. Sawyer the manager said the right things but a week later, came back with a "Wasn't our fault, we won't cover vet bills." It's terrible to see your dog in pain and even worse to have a groomer who isn't taking any responsibility for it. They said it must have been that way before I brought her in . Very disappointed my dog was injured in their care and even more disappointed how they handled it afterwards. Dog owners beware.

Very disappointed in our grooming service for our 6 year old American Eskimo. After our grooming appointment he was brought out to us with poop in his fur, the woman working the front stated that he was "leaking" and that it was basically our fault for feeding him before the grooming (he did not eat before his appointment.) We were told they attempted to clean him up multiple times, but we spent an hour cleaning him up after we picked him up and once he was cleaned up, he was not "leaking" and there was actual formed stool stuck on him, which you can see in the photos. It was also NOT disclosed to us that in addition to having stool left in his fur, that he had been cut near his anus, under the poop they left on him. This is very concerning that they would not disclose this to us so that we could monitor the site appropriately for signs of infection, which is very likely seeing as how it was covered in poop. I will be doing all of his grooming myself from now because of this terrible situation that not only traumatized our dog but ultimately put his life at risk. I definitely do not recommend this place and if you do have your dog groomed here, be sure to inspect them for cuts after.

The staff is friendly enough, however the level of experience is sub par. We have taken our boy here before however this last appointment will be the last time. Upon picking our boy up from his appointment I noticed fresh blood on our car seats where he was sitting. Quick examination he was bleeding from his paw. We went in to inquire if there was an incident during his appointment and was told he "could" have cut himself on their cage or he could have been "nicked" during his nail trimming. Once home I did a thorough examination of him and found 2 sliced pads on his left, front paw. Every time we have taken him to a new groomer we ask if they have experience with large dogs. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews on this business beforehand.

Great Groomer. Our pup looked amazing. We showed a photo for reference and that's exactly what we got. She came out extremely happy. We will definitely be back.

We've been customers for the past two years with multiple dogs groomed here, but this last visit was deeply disappointing. All four dogs came back with mediocre grooms. The groomer showed little regard for our reasonable requests--like leaving the eyelashes longer or keeping the face rounded and fluffy--and instead did what she wanted, regardless of what we asked. Our puppy's groom was especially disappointing. While we understand the importance of a "gentle" first experience, the result felt more like a rough draft than a professional service. The excuse--"it's his first groom, so I'll do what I can"--felt like a way to justify a lack of effort, not a thoughtful approach to care. If you're only delivering a fraction of the service, then pricing should reflect that. See the photos attached. We've had first-time puppy grooms here before here with Kyle & Lisa with no issues or excuses. Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet the standard we've come to expect. Even more disappointing was the owner's inability to receive customer feedback with professionalism or openness. A resistance to constructive criticism is not only frustrating--it's ultimately unsustainable for any service-based business.

What could improve? Communications scheduling, employee attitude. Whoa. Really? Yeah, really…read more Here's our experience: To start, I called and left a message for a grooming appointment during business hours. I received a call back about 15 minutes later, and scheduled an appointment for our new puppy. We were "lucky" and got a cancellation for two weeks later at 2:00. About a half hour later I received another phone call, returning my voicemail. I explained I already spoke with someone and they said "so and so must have forgot to delete the voicemail, but let's make sure you're all set". Well, we were not all set. Somehow that appointment was not in her system. So we went through the process again, and got booked for 2:00. I reconfirmed what I put in our calendar and moved on, remembering my thinking of "I can take our son to his haircut at 2:20 right down the street after I drop off Cali". I received a confirmation text, which I confirmed, but admittedly was remiss in looking at the information as I was certain in my mind the time, I had done it twice after all. So grooming day arrived and we walked in at 1:52. Noting the wonderful inclusivity sign as we did so. That is where the warm and fuzzies stopped. An employee yelled at my husband from across the room that we were late, missed our appointment and how rude we were for not calling. Meanwhile two other families were in the lobby as well. My husband said " no, we have a 2:00 appointment, we are early". She said "no, your appointment was at 1:30, you're late, thanks for not showing up" and put her headphones back on and turned her back on him. After he came back to the car, we checked my confirmation text and it was for 1:00. So it seems, no one was right that day, but what I do know is we won't be back. Our sincerest apologies to the groomer who missed out on a groom today, that was not our intention. Forget about the awful customer service aspect, if you can't uphold the signage you display, you should remove it. That was one of the least welcoming environments I've been a part of recently, which says a lot for "these current times". If the owner or manager wants feedback on this experience, I'm sure they can find me in the computer, if the employee hasn't deleted our contact.

We we're not notified by anyone that our groomer would not be doing them and put them with someone we never met. They did a horrible job on our Wheatons. One of them was way to short and the other had no ears left when we picked them up we were horrified. It would be nice to know ahead of time if there was an issue on her ears. They said they were to matted and had to shave them off, which we had asked them last time to shorten them to avoid this issue. Sad that after all the years we have gone there they couldn't take the time to care a little more. They tried to put the blame on us. We will not be going back. Allison and Dan
