We have always had our 11yo Labradoodle groomed by Halee. He comes home looking and smelling amazing. I didn't realized how good we had it until my parents groomed him in another state...he was butchered. But, never with Halee. He always looks great. read more

Even though it says they accept credit cards, the last 2 times I was there 4 months apart they used the same excuse that their credit card machine broke and ask me to bring in cash. Oh and the sign says they close at 5pm but they close on their schedule. I was told to come to pick up my dog before 3pm because they will close early. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

The woman who owns this is the rudest, most unprofessional person I've ever come across. She NEVER answers her phone so one can never sched a groom. She's especially hateful to women & will treat your dog horribly. It's clear she hates what she does. When I was trying to give her business, I overheard her talking to her daughter, she didn't know I understand her language, but she said something to that fact "stupid lazy Americans". Halee is wonderful with my fussy Chihuahua. It's obvious when you see her in action that she is gentle and kind to dogs. Even cranky ones.

I went to this groomer 5x's. The first experience was great. The dogs aren't kenneled which I liked. My last 3 times have been less then good. The dogs don't look groomed, look like they just had a bath only and when I spend $200 to get 2 yorkies and a bishon groomed they should look good. The last time though I am unbelievably dissatisfied and when I called to let them know they did not call me back. I called them 2 weeks later today and the owner says she is too busy, hung up on me... Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Reason why I'm upset is they shaved them down, hair is totally uneven,did not clean up the belly's, weewee(not sure what is most appropriate) hair around the #2 hole (again looking for appropriate) they have more hair coming out of their ears then they have on their head. 2 weeks after the fact all I can say is the look terrible and the owner hung up on me! NEVER AGAIN!!! They are over priced and I do believe the groomers have 0 education on grooming!!! Seems like she hired them off the street and handed them a pair of clippers and said have fun. Not too mention my 14 yr old bishon came home bloody because they shaved all his old age moles off!!! Intelligent!! read more

This groomer is good for ONE VISIT!, cause they are great on initial contact, experts at hiding the bad service that will follow! I brought my two toy poodles the 2nd time around, and was quoted the same price as my first visit by the male receptionist. When I retrieved them later that afternoon, The Asian owner, (don't know if that was Halee), herself was at the counter and was charging me $20 dollars (each) MORE on top of the agreed $35 price for each dog ! When I reminded her of the original quote, she became belligerent and yelled for the male receptionist from the back and berated him! --in front of customers! At the same time, turned to me arguing and will NOT honor the receptionist's quote! After wrangling for another minute or so, I finally offered $10 less, instead of $20, which she reluctantly agreed, mumbling words, and closing the cashier box with force!, turned her back and went straight to the back of the store! ~How rude! I would never give them any stars! but it's a requirement in posting. read more

She told me she applied something, wasn't told what it was. 08:00PM My dog was in severe pain, went to Vet. 08/14/16 12:00AM Was never able to find out what the groomer applied, but I was told not treating the wound might caused a cancer. Made an appointment for my dog at 9:30, still at 3:30 he had not even been washed. I drove over there and they did not even take him outside or ANYTHING!! He was given back to me soaking wet. I just picked up my Husky mix and she looks great. She was smiling and playing with the other dogs. The prices where completely reasonable! It was 70 bucks for wash, dry deshed, her nails, teeth the whole nine yards! I loved that they just let the dogs roam around and there where very few kennels in the place. I brought my mini Yorkshire terrier in yesterday for her monthly grooming only to pick her up missing not only the hair on top of her head, but the skin along with it. She was scared, hurt and the groomer took zero responsibility. I will never subject my dog to their abuse again! read more

Our shihtzhu is very sensitive and is easily irritated after grooming. We took her here as our first groomers in Denver and she seemed to really adapt to it! She was itchy and scratchy the next few days after, but we honestly think it was because of the vaccines we gave her right before or a flea and tick rub that we also gave her before the grooming(like I said, she is easily agitated so we weren't too worried that it was Halees Puppy Love, but just our spoiled pup being dramatic). I checked her for razor burn or razor nicks. AND I found none, which was a common thing from most groomers in past locations, that caused her irritations. So despite not knowing what really caused her itching, and having multiple factors that could've contributed, I'd give this place a good rating! I found no signs of a "too close" shaving on her body and she seemed relaxed rather than exhausted after we got her! So far I would recommend this place! read more

I have been taking my havanese here for over a year. Up until recently, the owner Halee did the grooming. And all was fine. I loved that my dog did not have to be kenneled. But the last time I went in, I asked that they leave my dog's coat long, maybe a little shorter. (Her coat was a little over 2 inches long). The lady who took her in kept saying "puppy cut" to me. (She apparently doesn't speak much English). As my dog have always been given puppy cuts that was fine. (A Puppy cut is the shape of the cut, usually the same length all over the body). My husband picked her up. When I came home and saw her, I was appalled. She was 1/4 of an inch or shorter all over and it was uneven. She is a little 9 pound dog. She needs her coat in the cold. When I called, the lady started apologizing for cutting one of her nails too short, because she moved!!!! And when I said I was calling about the cut, she claimed that this was a puppy cut! If you want your dog cut per your instructions, if you want competent groomers who know how to handle a dog and know what the terminology means-go somewhere else. read more
