Plus, the staff was exactly the right amount of helpful: They briefed us on their inventory and the layout of their facility. They then left us alone to browse on our own, but checked in once in a while to ensure our questions were answered and we were finding the stuff we were seeking. We asked a couple of left-field questions and they were happy to do some research to ensure we got the correct answer. Overall, we are very pleased and so grateful to our countertop fab shop for recommending Arc Granite & Marble. PS: Another reviewer quibbled about the prerequisite paperwork to tour the inventory. I'm kind of on the same page, but -- understanding the litigious nature of today's society -- I can understand them (and their insurers) needing to place limitations on their liability.

When we got back we said we wanted to look at it one last time before making a decision and they said oh well most of them are taken so a lot of the material isn't available. And they acted like we were in the wrong? We said well why did you not mark anything or let us know that? They said well most people come to us before looking at things. Well no one told us that and we are the customer why would we know that!? They said well you went to lunch. Uhhh?? what does that have to do with ANYTHING? They were so aggressive and acted like we were in the wrong when we just did as we were told. Terrible customer service.
