When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and asked if we were looking for something in particular. We were then efficiently walked over to the aisle housing screwdrivers and told about the different options. They were locked in a case, so we would've needed a staff member's help anyway. Apparently people like to steal screwdrivers, which I never would've guessed. Prices seemed fair, but to be transparent, I don't generally buy tools so I don't really know the going rates. Check out was just as efficient with a couple lines in operation. And the cashier was just as friendly as the staff member working the floor. Everyone was properly masked and social distancing was taking place as well. I would suggest supporting this small business and those like it prior to going to the big box stores.

The store is much less overwhelming than the big box hardware stores and the employees were SO helpful. I really enjoyed my experience there, which I never thought I'd say about a hardware store. The team was super supportive and luckily I had the full key intact and was able to catch a ride from my boss to the physical location. They were so kind and calmed me down when I was so nervous about getting home right after a long week of work. Super nice family owned and operated since 2003, took about 10 minutes to get a new key fast and easy and it was under $50 which I greatly appreciated!
