I contacted them on Yelp, explained the situation, and they were able to meet my mother (after verifying I was the legitimate owner) within an hour. Not only did they unlock the door but they immediately made copies of that bottom lock key The full service was less than $100 and they were extremely responsive and worked with me to get what they needed while I was literally on a plane hundreds of miles away. I had a few new locks to be re-keyed and installed in an old house I'm renovating, including a digital/wifi keypad lock. She made quick work of all the different tasks and was friendly and professional. She cleaned up the wood chips from drilling out a new install on an old door, walked me through the new wifi-lock install (it has key-functionality, too!), and improved some lock installations that I'd made myself. She was responsive on the phone, communicates in plain English, came out when she said she would, and was very reasonable with the charges. Not a single thing to complain about. She has a good sense of humor, enjoys her work, was informative... explaining best-practices and giving advice. It was fun having her here and genuinely cares about her customers and the quality of the work she provides. Highly recommended.

Petrone Locksmith came in with the most reasonable price so I went with them. I checked one of the keys in all 3 doors and verified those worked and went about my days. The new tenant came in and had trouble with one of the doors, as did the keys I gave to my husband and daughter. I contacted Petrone, told them that I wanted to get over and check the keys just to make sure it wasn't a "you"ser error and they responded timely, letting me know to keep them posted because they would have no problems coming back out to make sure all the keys were in working order. Well, it wasn't a "you"ser error. I could get one key to work but it took too much effort. Reached out to let them know and they were quick to come back stating that they guaranteed their work. This is a small, woman owned, local business and I would strongly recommend them for their services! Because they STAND behind their work and that is so important these days. As long as they're in business, I will continue to use them for every re-key I need. Thank you Mary for being super responsive and honest. It does not go unnoticed! I appreciate you! April Brown
