Luckily, I already had an appointment set with Brother's that morning. The technician arrived on time, sprayed some WD-40 in my lock and opened the door. I tried to change my key fobs, and it went wrong, and basically my car would not start with the key. I originally called them and explained my ENTIRE situation and the person on the phone ASSURED me that they would know how to fix it and that it would cost me $70 to be fixed. They sent a guy over who could barely speak any English and had no idea how to fix the issue. They charge a $30 service fee if they cannot fix the issue, but I was completely unaware of that. My entire thing is that, if you are going to charge a service fee for NOT KNOWING how to fix the issue, then at least let the customer know ahead of time so that they can decide whether to do business with the company or not. Also, for god's sake they need a better receptionist! They need someone who is familiar enough with customer issues to assign the right technicians to the job. After being coerced into paying a $30 service fee, I called the location and they had horrible customer service. They clearly don't give a damn about their customers. My neighbor referenced this company to me and I gave them a call and they were immediately responsive both on the phone and through text. As we all know, text messaging is especially convenient in our busy lives where we can't answer every single call in the moment. They came out and fixed all of the doors for me and even installed two keyless entry deadbolts that I wanted.
